A great month long stay

Well kept, comfortable, apartment in the town centre. The promenade was two short blocks away. Kind, excellent staff addressed any issues immediately.

We liked our stay but had to leave early because of illness.

Raphael was VERY helpful. It was very close to the beach.

We liked the two restaurants close by on the beach, Centra Beach and Paraiso but since we did not do any home cooking it would have been nice with a few more. My wife does not walk too well so it was hard to get her into town. No fault of yours but I forgot my drivers lic. and could not rent a car which limited our excursions and organized bus excursions were fully booked into february.

It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped.

There is no choice but to pay the car parking fee of €10 euros per night as parking close by is impossible.

A great gem offering so much

Had everything you needed. Very spacious and clean. I absolutely loved the apartment the location the place offers a great stay and a chance to enjoy the beach short short walk away into the old town or a long stroll opposite way to harbour. There is a five minute walk to bus stop 3.80 euros to see Marbella or Peurto Banus … place offers a great stay fabulous coffee shop with beautiful cakes below apartment or little bars with locals under the beautiful trees in the apartment square. I’d return one day .

We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

We were quickly met by Nancy who brought us the keys and took us up to the apartment. She took the time to let us know where things were. She informed us there would be a weekly cleaning of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and was well supplied with everything we needed.

Perhaps a little less noisier would have been better. But that is to be expected when you are pretty much in the center of the city.

The apartment was spacious, tidy, and clean. Beds very comfy. Kitchen fully equipped. Two bathrooms, great. Apartment located close to the city center where there are lots of places to eat. Walking distance to the beach. Cheap parking around the corner. The staff, Maria, was great. She is very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this place.

The hostesses Nancy and Maria provide excellent customer service. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. The location is very central, 2 blocks from the beach, close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

The street noise at all times. It would be nice to have air conditioning in the bedrooms to keep the windows closed, to block the noise. Better hangers and toaster are needed.

One of our fave places to stay

This is our 3rd time we have stayed here and we cannot fault it. Brilliant location for playa del Rada beach, plenty of different restaurants nearby. The old town is a short walk away and the port which is in the opposite direction is not far either. The apartment is clean and very well kept and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Best of the best!

This is possibly the best rental apartment that I have ever stayed. The location is perfect. The staff especially Maria and Rafael were so friendly and helpful. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It also was much larger than my ither Spain rentsls this trip.

We had a fantastic stay! Booked a 2 bed apartment but ended up with a 4 bed! Beautiful apartment, very spacious! They even gave us disney plus for our stay for the kids! Location is on a Beautiful little square with a few bars and restaurants and it's a very handy short walk to the heart of the old town and the beautiful beach!

The location, the spaciousness, how clean it was, got a mid stay cleaning because we stayed over 6 nights, the staff.

We were very happy and given the best of service. Thank yo Rafael.

Our host Rafael was a Gentlemna. Nothing was an issue or a problem. The apartment is quite large and less than 5 minutes stroll to the beach. The old town is a 10 minute stroll. The pub adjoining the property is very casual and pleasant in the warm evening. The Resteraunt Paco is aboy 20 metres from the apartment and the food was very good and quite cheap! I have stayed in Marbella and Porto Banus before and i much Prefer Estaepona.

Given the heat, I would have loved Air Con, the ceiling fans are fine normally, but the 37C heat at the time was too much for me when trying to sleep. I gather this temperature is way above the normal for this time of year.

The bed was super comfy. I ended up having a medical emergency there while traveling alone and the building manager was very kind to call me a doctor

The parking is a big issue. The paid underground parking that they talk about is in a totally different building. And I don't think there is ac although I didn't need while I was there.

I wish I could give a 100 ****** , excellent location near everything , beach, playground and facilities, the old town just behind . Professional Staff, the apartment, big, clean everything was provided in the kitchen like home sweet home. The second day I booked already for my next holiday as I'm not gonna bother myself to look for another place. As per my long years as a travel agent & cabin crew , this place is the best.

I liked everything, the place is near the beach, many shops and cafes. It is convenient to come and go with a car. Since this is the central part of the city, I strongly recommend renting an underground parking lot from the owners for an additional fee, and you won't have to stress about where to leave your car. I liked it very much, super.

Everything you could need, all kitchen and facilities very good eg. heating,washer and helpful staff. any issues and you contact them and they would immediately come to the apartment and resolved the issue. Great location between the old town and marina, bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Exceptional

The best apartment I stayed in on my 6 week trip on the costa del sol. Rafael and Maria were excellent managers and so helpful and tge apartment was beautiful. For me having Irish and English TV was great for sitting in and making tge best of my comfortable home from home, will definitely be back.

Nothing much except for the noise from the friendly restaurant across the square but we also did enjoy the friendly staff so not too much to complain about
