Great location to centre and port, apartment with lots of space

This was our second stay at this great apartment! There are four good bedrooms, two bathrooms and access to a beautiful communal pool. The best thing from our point of view was that this apartment was very close to the authentic centre of Estepona, being about 10-15 minute walk. Parking was available as well although we parked further up the street for ease. The host was fantastic to deal with and even helped us out with some left property after we left. Totally recommend.

Property with plenty of space and ideal location

Having been to Estepona many times before I was surprised I hadn’t seen this property but now having had a really good week there we’ll certainly consider it again. The outside space was great giving a lovely area in the mornings for coffee/tea and the four bedrooms and , more importantly we thought, two bathrooms gave us all plenty of space! The added bonus was the pool (communal) which was really nice. With a location within a ten minute or so walk from the central hub of bars and restaurants in Estepona and the beach about the same I would recommend highly.

Only slight hitch was , although there is a parking space in the underground garage we found it easier to park in the street but we had to drive around until a space came available which it did every time so not really a gripe!

spacious flat in central location

The flat is spacious, spotless and recently redecorated throughout. the location is brilliant especially for families with children as lots of different play parks within a 5-10 min walk and the beach is very close (max 10 min walk for little people). The flat is nicer than the photos. I can confirm the mattresses were all perfectly comfortable!

The flat is in an apartment block and noise seems to carry between floors, no parties or anti social behaviour just running water/doors opening/closing/furniture being moved. also the kitchen is adequate not not brilliantly equipped for self catering (no kettle for the Brits!).

Wunderschönes, sehr geräumiges Appartment mit 4 Schlafzimmern + Wohnzimmer, riesige Terrasse und Zugang zu einem Swimmingpool. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Kostenloser Garagenparkplatz (für ein kleines Auto) im Haus, Küchenutensilien wie Salz, Kaffee, Tee vorhanden. Ebenso eine Waschmaschine + Waschmittel. 600 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt.
