Although I booked with Booking.com, Thomas from Time in Spain dealt with my reservation. he was very helpful firstly with our request of a crib and a high chair, for our grandson, then agreeing to an early check in as we had arrived in Estepona earlier than the scheduled 5pm check in. Thomas met us at the apartment with the keys and gave us a tour of the property, showing us how everything worked, he also gave us good recommendations for eating, things to do and see etc. The apartment had a communal pool but unfortunately it was closed until June 1st. Thomas arranged an alternative pool nearby that we could use. This was very much appreciated as pool is a big part of our family holiday. The apartment itself was well situated, close to the beach, we had evrything we needed within 15-20 mins walk. The old town was 20 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment was well equiped with absolutely everything that was required for a comfortable stay. All rooms have air con plus fans. The tv's have satellite tv, Sky sports etc. Thought was put into furnishings to make it seem even more spacious. all the little extras like, a shopping trolley, beach sun lounger, coffee machine, fruit juicer, made this a really comfortable and happy month's stay for our family. WE were lucky it was a three bedroom property but they only charged for two so we had plenty of room. However the apartment was more than big enough for six people. Very good location and Thomas the agent was brilliant. The agency can also supply car hire. We had originally hired large car but realised we only needed a smaller car and they arranged it for me. Some super restaurants very nearby and the port is only a little further away. The beach is very close and easy to walk into the centre of estepona.
