Nice decor, good layout, friendly staff, food was good. Bar was excellent, nice comfortable bed, room was quiet, warm and new bathroom was nice.
Some bits felt unfinished in the room, inside of door would have been better painted, cupboard storage looked like an afterthought.

The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from my auntie's address. Was there for a funeral. Breakfast and evening meals were delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing could be improved on. All good.

Just that it was conveniently located to our daughter and her family in Forres.
Room was poor. No breakfast or meal options as ‘chef on holidayI’ but weren’t told until arrival. Staff walked us to the door of the chalet and handed the key over and walked off without showing us in, probably because the accommodation was so poor. Strong damp smell in room and bathroom and bedding also smelt damp.
Very basic offerings of old fraying crispy towels, and handwash.
