The Ben Mhor Hotel, Bar & Restaurant

The food was great,especially the Sunday Roast. Delicious. The staff were amazing, friendly and very hard working. The hotel is on a prime location. We took the bus from Inverness and were delivered right to the door. This is our second time here and will come back

Its only a minor fault.. the pillows were a bit thin and soft but that could be a personal preference

It was clean ,the staff were pleasant but there was disorganisation on the evening I arrived despite this they were polite helpful and hard working.Excellent breakfast promptly served.Bedroom very clean, well finished en-suite,comfortable bed with mobile charging points clearly the property I being upgraded and it is delivering a clean comfortable room,I slept well.

The wait at reception to get my keys,the wait for my dinner over 90 minutes.No toiletries in bathroom or hairdryer,wallcovering peeling off the wall,I’ll fitting curtains which let in a lot of light,dustbin stained with damp coffee granules in the bottom.

Good location, lovely building and welcoming staff. Great range of local food outlets and restaurants.

Beds. Very old metal frames, squeaky and shaky. Not very comfortable. The most important part of staying away need badly updated. The child’s bunkbed was also too shaky that my child was scared to go to the higher bed. The railing was also broken and detached at the corner. The shower was very very loud. Heating doesn’t work at nighttime, so if you get hold, pop on a jumper. Climate control should be available in rooms. Especially rooms with children.
