Please avoid at all cost, Arrogant staff I checked in around 3pm 1st August so that should narrow it down.
Should’ve checked in at 3pm but was constantly getting told different times, left hand didn’t know what right was doing.
Eventually got into room, ceiling fan hanging off ceiling, shower didn’t drain for a long time, no button on shower for on off, flow poor, toilet holder missing, curtains hanging off rail, severe creaking floorboards, banging doors relentlessly
This is a very tired hotel do notwaste your money

A ‘yes’ or ‘no’ response is too cut and dried. My room , 131, was very tired. The meeting edges of the curtains were rotted away by sunlight. The electric room heater looked grubby. The shower was a challenge. There are at least three cracks in the sink. Numerous scuff marks on the walls. The mattress on the bed thst I used was well past needing replaced. The menu selection for evening meal was very limited. When I told the person in reception on my departure, it was explained that there was refurbishment going on but it hadn’t reached the floor I was on. They also offered to remove the cost of my evening meal. I thanked them but declined their offer. I didn’t bring my concerns to their attention to try to get something for free. If I was sure that the refurbishment had been completed and the standard considerably improved, I would consider returning. So, not just ‘yes’ or ‘no’.
