Spacious, had plenty of amenities, close to the station (about a 4-5 minute walk), its cleanliness and exactly as described and as shown in the pictures.

The ONLY thing I disliked about the stay is that it is right on what I believe to be a Main Street, therefore you can hear cars passing by early morning hours and during the day. If you’re a light sleeper definitely take some thing to help with noise cancelling. It was warmer days while we were staying and so the noise from the air conditioning helped cancel some of that noise out. The property does provide ear plugs that were in a jar on the living room table so that’s pretty awesome and helped too.

This is a traditional Japanese house near the train station. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, with one hot plate and enough pots, pans, dishes etc. There are two toilets, which was nice!

The owner will charge you for every 30 minutes past a check out time of 10am. It’s listed at 1,000 yen on all property documents but the owner said she would charge me 3,000 yen per 30 mins. I asked her to honor the printed price, but she did not agree, which left me with a negative feeling. There is one shower that does not match the quality of the rest of the house. There is a washing machine that did not function well, leaving our clothes with a mildew smell which was unfortunate. There is a piano but it is out of tune.
