Clean and great location near train station.
The rooms are a bit tight when you have many people. The loft is very short ceiling so really only good for kids to sleep there. could use more hooks on walls to hang towels and things.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and perfectly equipped. Sleeping on futons over tatami was a unique experience for us Europeans. Great location, just a short walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station, buses to Gotemba, and a 7-Eleven less than 100 m away.
Nothing at all. We genuinely loved our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily choose this apartment again on our next visit to Hakone.
