It was super easy to get into the property & it's proximity to both restaurants & transportation was extremely convenient. The property was spacious and could easily accommodate a much larger group.
There was a tactic seeming to ensure that the property would be respected. However, it made the stay somewhat uncomfortable because we were more concerned about keeping up with the rules rather than enjoying the comfort of the stay. If you're not ready for futons then this place is not the place to stay.

this location is very nice, about 5 mins walking distance from Gora station. We are four people (2 adults 2 childen) with 1 big luggage, feeling easy from station to house.
The only defect (maybe not perfect) is the stair is craggedness, we need to be very careful when going up/downstairs.

The property being more modern also gave the "traditional" feel of a Japanese residence. It was very handy having a property with two toilets. Location was great, being only a 4min walk to Gora station. We really enjoyed our stay at this property

Great location just two minutes walk from Gora station in a quiet lane. Unfortunately Gora goes to sleep at 5 so bring food! Well equipped (with the proviso below) well laid-out.
There is no sound insulation between the properties so we were woken at 530 by a child going up and down the stairs next door and thought it was someone in our own unit. Could hear every word being spoken next door. This is not the fault of the occupants it’s appalling design. Otherwise this property would be a 9/10. It’s absolutely criminal not to provide tea or coffee in an otherwise well-equipped property.
