Property was clean, authentic Japanese style, away from the city in the wilderness, quiet and peaceful.
1. Commute - unless you’ve your own mode of transportation, location is very inconvenient. Walk from the property to miyanoshita stn or anywhere around is on a road where there’s no side walk, very narrow road with cars, trucks and buses passing by. Not at all safe for walking. Town has very few taxis, uber takes 20 min to come.I had trouble sleeping because of the passing traffic noise.
2. House has a very distinct smell, don’t know what it is but very unpleasant. It was clean but there was a stench. I used my deodorant as the air freshener to get rid off that smell.
