"A very nice and cheaper alternative to places in Gora. Only 1 minute away from the main bus route. Clean and comfortable stay. Good communication."

Really spacious property, a breath of fresh air after Tokyo!! The toilet being separate from the shower was handy with two people staying there. Location was super quiet, it was a very steep walk up to Gora station but the property was very close to a bus stop for transfer to Odawara / back from Lake Ashi. Owner was super helpful when we asked about luggage storage at Gora station.
More sockets in the bedroom would have been useful.

Close to 7/11 and bus stop.
No bathroom sink. Not that accessible to Gora station, buses can be intermittent at night. Steeply downhill to walk.

Very expensive for what it offers, although the location is in a highly touristy area. There was dust on the furniture, and the standard checkout time is 10:00 AM instead of the more usual 11:00 AM. Guests are required to pay an additional ¥3,000 to extend checkout until 11:00 AM, which feels unreasonable considering the room rate.
