小涌谷 樂 - kowakudani Raku

Very spacious, light filled house with sliding doors opening onto a secluded garden. The house had generous off street parking. Great location. The house was a 10 to 20 minute walk from restaurants, a waterfall, Hakone Outdoor Museum and convenience stores.

Unfortunately we had a few problems during our 5 night stay. We weren't given the code for the key lock. A contact phone number had been provided but our sim cards did not include phone calls. Luckily we were able to email Booking.com who supplied us with the code. We had chosen the home because it had a hot tub and cooking facilities. We only used the bath once because the temperature of the permanently refilling bath was 65 degrees. It took 30 minutes to dipper out enough hot water and fill with enough cold water to get the temperature down to a manageable 40 degrees. Booking.com once again came to the rescue via email to assist with instructions to operate the washing machine. We were not so lucky with the cook top. We had inadvertently activated the Child Lock and despite sending pictures of the cook top they were unable to help us. It would be extremely useful if the owners included detailed instructions as to how to operate the various appliances in the Guest Manual.

建物自体が新そうで、室内外ともにとても綺麗でした。 家の周りも綺麗に手入れされており、大きな窓からカーテンを開けて、木々や季節の花を楽しむことができました。 朝は野鳥のさえずりが聞こえてきて清々しい気分になりました。 キッチンも十分な広さがあり使いやすかったです。 お風呂の温泉は温度の調節が少し大変でしたが、あったまるし肌も明らかにスベスベしっとりして、こどもたちも保湿剤いらずでした！ 立地の面では、コンビニが車で5分圏内にあるのが助かりました。

しいてあげるとすれば、枕が低くて少々寝づらかったことと、玄関の内鍵の閉め方が分かりづらかったことです。

とても綺麗で男子4人で楽しめました！

Очень красивая локация. Чистый домик. Горячая ванна из источника прямо в доме. Быстрые ответы на наши вопросы через мессенджер. Полностью укомплектована кухня, есть стиральная машина. Два машиноместа. Хороший интернет.

Не хватило юкаты или халата, а также утюга. Без своей машины будет неудобно.
