・すごく清潔感があり、細かな配慮が感じられ、宿泊に必要なものが揃っていました。
・スタッフの方とのやり取りはメールで行いましたが、とても温かいお人柄の感じられるメールをいただきました。安心して宿泊できました。
・強羅駅からは徒歩20分くらいありますが、バスを使えば徒歩6分ほどです。経路は宿からの写真付きメールで、丁寧に教えていただけました。
・最寄バス停から徒歩やバスで、コンビニ、飲食店、観光地にも移動できるのでとても便利でした。
・観光地の箱根ではない箱根に滞在でき、地元感を味わえました。
・緑に囲まれた宿で、居心地よくリラックスできました。
・ベッドが広くて快適でした。
・ロフトがあり、子ども達が秘密基地のようだと喜んでいました。
・洗濯物の干し具や洗剤もあり助かりました。
・お料理(揚げ物以外)もでき、お皿や調理器具などもあって助かりました。
・１階に宿泊したのですが、2階の方の足音が大きく、子どもがロフトで寝る時、少し気になったようです。

車で行くとかなり細い道を進むので苦戦する。施設自体は利用しやすい。
