Central to local train and felt very safe and secure
Unfortunately when you’re on the bottom levels you can hear foot steps from upstairs, however the manager/owner was great and sorted it out for our stay.

We have never felt more welcome than we did at the Harbor Inn Hayakawa! Every single detail was thoughtfully planned. You went above and beyond the standard service, giving us great restaurant recommendations and the absolute best tips for rainy day activities. Thank you so much for everything!

The reception from owners were very good. Also they shared lot of snacks for our kid. My kid enjoyed it. The property has big projector screen, microwave, Induction stove, fridge, washing machine, vacuum and so on. Ambience was very good. Overall we had wonderful stay.
Little bit far away from hakone sight seeing area.
