The close proximity to the Hayakawa seafood area, Odawara castle and station. The house was extremely comfortable especially after a few busy days staying mostly in hotels. It was a good opportunity to relax and do some cooking in a modern, comfortable house with all the amenities you could hope for.

Great location, near the castle and fish restaurants. Spacious, spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen. Water and snacks such a nice welcoming touch. Upper deck was a lovely spot to watch the sunset/sunrise. Very quiet and private. Wonderful bath, shower, washer/dryer, and lots of towels. Nicely appointed kitchen with everything one would need, plus a large refrigerator/freezer.

It was hard navigating the stairs to access the bath/toilets, especially at night. I was constantly going up/down for things I needed. In the description for the unit, it should be very clear that this unit is 3 levels plus the rooftop deck. Anyone with mobility issues would have a real problem in this house. Also the master bedroom bed was hard to get in/out of because of the way it was wedged into the corner. My husband couldn’t get in/out of if, so we had to split up; he had to sleep in one of the hard (not very comfortable) “kid” single beds in the larger bedroom.

Amazing place, best stay on our trip so far. The place is beautiful and the attention to detail ✨️ This feels like a 'real' home, we cooked our own meal and had a movie night, soooooo nice. Would give this place many more stars if possible. Highly recommend.
