The Guest Villa 箱根湯本 V-II

Beautiful villa. Clean, spacious and near station and some small family run restaurants. Kids loved the upper play area.

It was great!

We had a fantastic stay at the Guest Villa in Hakone. It was an easy 5–6 minute walk from the station, which made getting around so convenient, and having a 7-Eleven just a 1-minute walk away was such a bonus. The villa was spacious and perfect for our family of five, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. It was an ideal base for exploring Hakone, and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance which made meals easy too. We were so happy with everything about this place — it truly exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay again.

外観、内装はおしゃれな作りだと思った

2階のトイレの排水溝の匂いが酷く、わざわざ洗浄剤を買って流してみたがあまり改善されなかったのでとても不快だった。 清掃道具が何一つないのはなぜなのか、ティッシュの予備もなく、せめてお風呂は次の人のためにも掃除はすると思うので置いてほしいと思った。 お風呂の設備もシャワーで湯船のお風呂のお湯を溜めるというよく分からない作り、シャワーのでは悪い。 全体的に宿泊する人の事を考えていない施設だと感じた。
