I wish the spa was open all day not at certain times in the morning and afternoon, although there was maybe a medical reason for it

Disappointing

The hotel is located good but on the main road, which makes a lot of noice in the room. The room doesn't have air conditioner and it is not comfortable to be there in hot summer day. The spa has sauna, however it was not powered on. Today it was very rude gui in the reception. From some reason the hotel taking deposit 40 bgn in cache on the arrive for entrance chip saying they will give money back on the check out. It is not clear why chip is needed, because hotel is always open. We wanted to return chip back and have money back, because may be we will leave earlier then expected checkout, and stuff will not exist on reception, but reception guy didn't want to hear and yelled and didn't want to give contact of his manager. Room was not cleaned during all the period we are here. The hotel services are provided by cache only. To summarize this hotel is far away to be good because of the service it provides.

Staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Great massage session from an experienced healthcare professional.Good location,just 3 mins walking distance from the town centre.

Firstly,you need to pay extra for almost all the facilities,e.g. jacuzzi,sauna, swimming caps-mandatory for females, bathing gowns etc. Asked for extra towels from the reception, but got told off by the hotel owner, instead advised to let them air dry. The owner was extremely rude with everyone.Kept shouting at staff and even customers.You can't chill as there's a constant argument going on at the reception on and on. On the website it says breakfast is served according to different dietary requirements,but even though I did mention beforehand, it came as a surprise to the management. Lastly, because we didn't realise that the check out was meant to be done at 11, we left at 12.Of course there was a big scene about it.The hotel owner was shouting at each and every one of us. Never been treated that bad before.Whole experience was like an absurd comedy!

Nice, cosy.

Pillow too small. There was no extra pillow in the wardrobe. We had to pay additional tax for bathrobe - WHY? In the bathroom - nothing but toilet paper. No shampoo????

It was too cold in the room! The pool is working only 4 hour in the day. It’s doesn’t have enough towels.
