We enjoyed the sea air and the peace and quiet. The view of the bay is memorable.

The apartments are located in a quiet and peaceful place, which is what we were looking for. The yard has a private exit to the seashore where you can enjoy and relax. Parking is provided. The apartment itself is very well and modernly equipped. A big plus is a large terrace with a view of the bay, as well as two bathrooms in this apartment. The hosts are great and very helpful for anything you might need.

Nice apt, with a private access to the sea (which I value very much). A bit more secluded (again, like it). We stayed only four nights, I think I could have remained there longer, if time permitted.

The double bed was did not agree with my back ;) guess this is a matter of personal preference :)

Very nice modern appartment :)

Modern, luminous and spacious appartment. Very well equipped. You got all you need to cook and enjoy your stay. Super clean. Nice view on the bay. Well located. Very quiet. You have access to Lustica Bay beaches, Kotor Bay, Tivat and Budva (30 min by car maximum) The supermarket are very close as well. A family of 4 can easily spend 2 weeks their. I recommend and will probably come back :) Thank you Milivoj for everything

Perfect place for a vacation.Inside of the apartment you have all amenities needed.Beach with sunbeds is only few meters away.On our arrival we found bottle of domestic wine and plate with traditional food.Host is very kind and available for all your needs.

Comfy place and great view

Apartment is very comfortable. Surrounded by lots of green trees. Stunning view from the balcony. Nice little private beach with sunbeds. Very quiet place without noises of big city (at least in October). Great location, 20 mins drive to Kotor and Tivat. Nearest sandy beach - about 10mins by car. Matko is awesome and his family are great. Always happy to help. We arrived on Sunday when all shops were closed and we have had some food in the fridge waiting for us. Little things but it makes you feel well taken care of. Hope we will come back one day.

There is a small beach in front of the house which is excellent. It was very peacefull. Local store is 5min walk which is good if you are coming without a car. In the aparment everything worked perfectly.

Nicely furnished and comfortable apartment. Very quiet and well equipped with all kitchen amenities one might need. AC in every room. Vicinity and intimacy of the beach was very convenient too. Nice neighbours. Shall we have been adults only we would’ve enjoyed it a lot more.

Could be cleaner. Bathroom floods with the lightest shower and there was strange smell in it. Beach is very beautiful but does not have an easy access to water. Not suitable for children at all. Also, we asked for a regular key since the door is locked by a card and easily opened from inside but we were told we can’t be provided one :/ There are very steep stairs at the entrance and our kids kept going out through the front door which was very stressful.

Cristal clean place with private beach!

It has more that you could imagine. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, laundry machine, ironing board and much more. Brilliant clean and tidy. Many towels in disposal and bed linens. The location is also great, by the sea but for youngsters it takes a ride to get in the places that are more busier. The hosts greeted us with welcome drink and starters. Many thanks to that!

No negative impressions. They might want to put some pressure on the local authorities to pave the road until the house, its dusty now, but that has nothing to do with the stay in the house. Keep the good job!

excellent place to relax and enjoy the view from the balcony and swimming in the sea.

Absolutely loved the location right at the edge of the town, with a small patio/jetty at the shore to sit by the sea and go swimming. Spectacular views from the water of the rest of the Bay of Kotor to the north and mountains beyond. Very clean and spacious apartment with all the facilities we needed. They provided a plug in anti mosquito coil, as there are many mosquitos in the area. We walked into town to a restaurant with great views over the bay, and delicious food.

The only improvement we would suggest is to put net screening on the windows and the patio door so that you can have open windows and keep the mosquitoes out.

Położenie nad samą Zatoką Kotorską i prywatnym dostępem do plaży do największe zalety tego apartamentu! Właściciel bardzo przyjazny. Na powitanie butelka wina i patera domowych serów i wędlin. Zmywarka, kuchenka, pralka… bardzo na plus!

Brak worków na śmieci, dobrego noża do krojenia chleba, w łazience koniecznie przydałaby się zasłonka przy prysznicu. Mając tak piękny dom z dostępem do wody… postarałabym się o większy porządek wokół posesji i regularne sprzątanie śmieci w wodzie i przy wejściu do wody. Tak piękne widoki a śmieci niestety są widoczne.

Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gern weiter.

Wir hatten das rechte ebenerdige App. Wir kamen an einem Sonnabendabend und fanden im Kühlschrank eine kleine Mahlzeit vor, samt Brot und einer Flasche Wein. Das war eine sehr angenehme Überraschung! Das Grundstück hat direkten Zugang zu Meer mit einem kleinen betonierten "Strandplatz". Für zwei Personen war auch der Platz des App. völlig ausreichend. Die Ausstattung der Küche war auch in Ordnung.

Wir waren Ende September vor Ort - also nach einer langen Buchungssaison. So war es zwar kein großes sachliches Problem, dass der Wasserhahn im Bad ausläuft und über das etwas schiefe Waschbecken zu Boden tropft. Zumal ein Bodenabfluss vorhanden ist. Aber es mindert den etwas den positiven Gesamteindruck. Für manchen mag es auch unangenehm sein, das die Toilette ziemlich in eine Ecke gequetscht ist. Für Personen die dafür mehr Platz benötigen ist es zu eng.
