    ​Extremely Disappointing Family Stay – Mare Ayia Napa ​We stayed at the hotel from August 25th to August 30th as a family, and unfortunately, our overall experience fell well below our expectations. Below are the key issues we encountered based solely on our personal experience and perspective: ​Cleanliness & Maintenance: The overall cleanliness of our room was unsatisfactory. Additionally, we found that basic water bottles were not replenished for our family, which was particularly inconvenient while traveling with children. ​Front Desk & Room Service Availability: We experienced a severe lack of response from both the front desk and room service, despite numerous attempts to contact them throughout our stay. ​Staff Service & Hospitality: In our impression, the attitude of several staff members felt unwelcoming, unhelpful, and at times dismissive. ​Inconvenience of "All-Inclusive" Amenities: Despite booking an all-inclusive package, accessing basic family items such as ice creams and popsicles was surprisingly difficult and not easily available for children. Similarly, pool towels were located far away and proved difficult to obtain. ​Dining Variety: The breakfast and dinner buffets lacked variety, offering virtually the same menu options every single day. ​Property Damage: Regrettably, one of our suitcases was damaged while being handled by the hotel staff. ​In summary, this stay was a major disappointment for our family. Based on our experience, we feel the hotel did not provide the standard of service or quality expected.
