stayed at this hotel for one night with my partner. The location is fantastic - right on the beach - the room was nice with a beautiful view, and the receptionist on the first day was polite and welcoming

I had a disappointing experience with the dining arrangements. I informed the hotel several times in advance through Booking.com that I required a simple special diet. Nothing complicated: for dinner, fish with vegetables, and for breakfast plain oatmeal made with water. Three times I was assured this would be possible. In reality, when we arrived, there was no fish available. Instead, I was offered chicken, one piece of which was undercooked. The next morning, there was no oatmeal - only muesli with raisins and corn which I cannot eat due to gastrointestinal issues. I don’t understand why it was so difficult to provide plain oats. Instead, the chef simply poured hot water over muesli with - something I could have done myself. On October 5th at 9:30 a.m., during checkout, I mentioned this to the receptionist. She casually asked about our stay, and when I explained that I couldn’t have breakfast despite my prior requests, she literally shrugged and stayed silent. I found this attitude careless and unprofessional, especially since I had clearly agreed on the menu in writing and even reminded the reception on the first day of arrival. It seems that staff shifts are not properly informed about guests’ dietary needs. I do appreciate that the kitchen managed to prepare boiled chicken with vegetables, but it is still weird that they couldn’t find a simple fish especially when I asked for it and got confirmation that it is possible to have it on dinner. Similarly, instead of giving me muesli with fruit, the staff could have been honest and said: “We don’t have oatmeal, but for an extra charge we can prepare it for you.” Unfortunately, I left disappointed, as I wasn’t able to have a proper breakfast. The woman at the reception on October 5th at 9:30 a.m. also lacked basic communication skills when handling feedback.

Beautiful location, great food & drink. Nice size rooms. Staff really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Pool area a little tight with the beds but a gorgeous sandy beach just outside but you need to pay for loungers & parasol €2.50 each.

The only complaint would perhaps be the bath in the middle of the room, our toilet door was a struggle to close, not much privacy but very clean, towels, bedding changed daily.

Around excellent resort

The pool and loungers are lovely the location and setting are amazing and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Also the food is delicious and drinks are delivered by waiters all day inside and 10-5:30 pm around the pool. Of which there are many including a hydro spa pool.

You can't order wine by the bottle even to take to your room and the entertainment is few and far between.

The beautiful pools and ocean view. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. Was great value for the cost.

The ac seemed to turn lower at night and needed to be made higher so we woke up a bit during the stay. Would be nice if there were more English channels and maybe a larger screen and harder mattress.

The grounds were beautiful and relaxing for a nice little getaway. Also love the food and the drinks The pool was nice and clean and I loved how the beach was right there with clear water! It was beautiful! The staff were also very accommodating and lovely. We will be staying again for sure!

Beautiful, chilled, relaxing hotel, with outstanding customer service.

From the moment we arrived and felt the welcoming and chilled vibe of the hotel, we knew we would have a great time. Then we met Ozgul at reception, who was the most lovely, gentle, efficient person, managing our every wish. Every member of the King Jason team were outstanding. The pool waiters were very attentive all day, the restaurant staff were amazing. The manager was visible and acknowledged us every day and everyone had the same amazing customer service. Thank you everyone, we will definitely return.

There is nothing that could have been done better. We were asked all the time if everything was perfect and we were surrounded by such a great team, all of which just wanted to give us a great holiday. Their service skills are outstanding.

The hotel was in a perfect location away from the strip The views from the hotel were perfect The staff were an absolute delight Nothing seamed too much trouble. I particularly liked the fact that the hotel manager was always available and made a point of engaging with guests. The hotel, although renovated with interesting ideas, still looks old. The night we stayed was windy and the air was coming in the room from under the entrance door. The bed was not very comfortable and was making noise in every movement. The room balcony is VERY small. Elevators are old. The exterior spaces are not very clean. In general the hotel pictures gave us very high expectations and on our arrival we felt disappointed and that for its price per nighr overrated

I don't remember the last time I was this impressed with customer service! The design of the hotel is great! Totally hits the spot in terms of beach/modern decor. We had the 1 bed suite - it was really well presented and spacious. There were no issues in our stay whatsoever and as a vegan and vegetarian we were able to enjoy lunch and breakfast with plenty of options in
