Nice place but doesn't offer enough value for money.

Fine breakfast, nice and polite staff, good swimming pool. Very clean room, all facilities are in a good condition.

The pool closes too early, the pool bar stops to serve food even earlier. No bottled water in the room, besides the one in paid mini bar. To access sea beach, you need to walk down for 10 minutes and then go up back.

Great vacation! relaxing and fun

The hotel is above one of the best beaches in Cyprus. It is easily accessible in a short 5 min walk. We enjoyed the pool and the beach area, especially the water sports (wake surf and snorkeling). The food at the pool bar was also great. I highly recommend the standard suit. Very comfortable and spacious.

Staff is amazing, location is amazing, food 10/10. Perfect for families and couples to stay.

With the full board package dinners at the Sushi and Italian restaurant are only included if you stay at least 7 nights. So be aware you can have full board and still have to pay for those 2 places. No water/soft drinks included in the full board. The place overall can use a refresh/renovation but its not bad by any means. In Cyprus probably the best value for money. When looking overall, full boards in other countries nearby offer more for the same price.

Lifetime memories!!

We got an upgrade to a king Suite which was absolutely amazing!! The views from the hotel and our room to the sea is really stunning. We couldn’t be more comfortable in that Suite, the service from the whole staff was excellent, very kind and polite, and considering the big amount of people now in August, they manage to very well everything to don’t feel uncomfortable because of that. Food was delicious, never miss anything, with different options for restaurants and we were surprise that even being at full capacity it was very quiet.

Nothing, the only thing I would improve is to give the chance to the grass in the pool to grow and be in better condition.

Room was spotless clean. Food was excellent. Personel was very helpful. Pool area was clean and the sun-beds were very comfortable. Adjacent restaurants and bars were top quality.

Would definitely stay again

The location on the cliff, above Konnos beach is superb. Variety of restaurants to choose from depending on your mood, from casual to formal. Excellent breakfast buffet with everything you can imagine. The spa treatment was pure magic.

Staff in the reception must spend a little bit more time explaining to customers their policies, for example that half board is only applicable for Antaeus restaurant only, as we had a misunderstanding on that.

Overall ok but some minor letdowns

We stayed here for 3 nights, ending our vacation in Cyprus. The hotel is big and has a nice pool. The beach also looks pretty but there are lots of stairs so we didn’t try going there because my mother has knee problems (they have a buggy but only once an hour apparently). Also, there are lots of boats and catamarans from excursions, with loud music that you’ll be able to hear from the lawn at the hotel way above… Around the swimming pool, you’ll have to move your sunbed around a little bit to find shade as the umbrellas are stuck to the ground and don’t tilt, but that’s ok. You can also buy ice cream by the pool (3,5 euros for 3 scoops I believe, and they also sell waffles and some other snacks). Our room was also spacious enough, and the beds were comfortable. There was also enough storage space and outlets to charge our gadgets. Unfortunately, we believe the floor wasn’t vacuumed once during our stay because we felt dirt under our feet the minute we arrived and it wasn’t from our shoes (and we didn’t go to the beach…). The breakfast buffet was generous (we loved the fresh orange juice machine), but we would have loved if it ran until a later hour (it ends at 10:30). We had full board, so we tried lunch (one day it was buffet - a bit limited -, another day a la carte) and we had dinner each evening at the hotel. And although the staff at the reception and at the store was friendly, we were disappointed with the some of the servers at the restaurant, especially the one we had more than once. He was borderline rude and we didn’t feel welcome at all (he asked where we were from and he told us he thought Portugal was a very strange country, in his own words… such an impolite thing to say to their guests!!).

Beautiful Beach Hotel with fabulous views

Beautiful hotel close to the fantastic Konnos Bay beach. The location is a bit far from the center of Protaras but is easily accessible by car or taxi. The hotel facilities are excellent, rooms very comfortable and spacious and very clean. Staff are super. Would definitely recommend 👍👍

Lovely Easter weekend at Grecian Bay

The hotel was fantastic. Incredibly friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Cliff bar is beautiful in the evening and recommended.

Not much to do if you don't like the beach or Ayia Napa. Quite an echo in the hotel and It was noisy at night but that was other guests slamming doors and scraping chairs on the floor.

The staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival and throughout the stay. Lovely location with a nice walk down to the sea, sports and gym facilities available, clean and looked after as are the resident cats which was nice to see and the decor suits the location well. The cliff bar was closed but it looked like a nice setting for a drink in summer season! We will book again to use this!

Great breakfast, super comfortable beds, really attentive & friendly staff, excellent cuisine & accompanying service, pool bar service was superb.

I really enjoyed the quality of service at the spa and the people who work there are really amazing, but in my opinion the spa facilities themseves need an upgrade / need to be renovated and expanded, although it is perfectly understanble that doing something like this is very difficult given that the hotel cannot just rebuild everything from scratch and find extra space for expansion.
