The location, beaches nearby and churches.
Disappointing not having a wardrobe. Sink was in the bedroom. The room smelt of dampness and they tried to patch up the walls which they never painted them. Yet we was upgraded to another room. Not a big area for parking at the front. Towards the reception some of the led lights were not working so that was dangerous in the evening... Wrong time to go due to all the places are mainly closed due to the season. The hotel doesn't have a indoor pool either.

The hotel itself is modern and well designed, with attractive communal areas and a good location. The female staff working in reception and the spa were friendly, professional, and consistently helpful.
I stayed at Cavo Zoe Seaside Hotel as part of a wedding group. Unfortunately, my experience, and more importantly the handling of my complaint afterwards, has been deeply disappointing and distressing.
During my stay, a bartender named Thomas behaved unprofessionally on several occasions. This included ignoring guests at the bar, swearing openly in front of customers, and making an inappropriate and negative comment about another guest. The guest concerned was openly homosexual, which makes this behaviour particularly serious and unacceptable.
On a separate occasion, shortly after midnight, members of our group were initially refused drinking water because the bar was “closed”. Access to drinking water should never be an issue in a hotel of this standard.
I raised a formal written complaint directly with hotel management on 9 November. After receiving no response, I sent a follow-up complaint two weeks later. Both emails were ignored.
Instead of contacting me directly, despite having my contact details, hotel management chose to telephone the bride from the wedding group. During this call, it was suggested that if my TripAdvisor review was not taken down, there would be “problems”. I found this approach highly inappropriate, intimidating, and unacceptable.
As the hotel refused to engage with me, I escalated the matter to Booking.com, as my stay was booked through them. I was informed that Booking.com has also been unable to obtain a response from the property, which explains why my complaint has taken time to progress. However, this lack of engagement from the hotel remains unacceptable.
I have since been advised by Booking.com to document my experience publicly, as part of the escalation process, due to the property’s continued failure to respond to both myself and Booking.com.
This review is written to accurately reflect my experience and to warn other guests.

Nice design, beautiful and close to the beach. Free parking at the hotel. Very nice, bubbly receptionist, really seemed like she loved her job.
The restaurant was very poorly organized, food was either overcoocked (chicken, Burger) or undercooked (French Fries). Waiters seemed untrained.
The spa area was very cold. Had a treatment but not relaxing because of temperature. Spa staff seemed a bit cold (not referring to body temperature)

How tranquil and quiet it was.
The decor
The comfy beds
The cheap and reasonable drinks and food
Staff were lovely
Restaurant dining offer was amazing
Could hear the cars in the rooms closer to the road on the side of the hotel and the swarm of parrots or something early each morning haha

Very good location. Amazing views from the room. Amazingly friendly staff. Good small hotel with very wide variety of food. Yogalates teacher was amazing and made the stay even better. Concert was great and rooms had some nice festures. Bike rental was also amazing option to gaze the nearby cities.

Everything. Staff was extremely careful, the hotel well decorated, very modern vibes and the pools were in different levels which gave you a sense of exclusivity. Also, we went there for our anniversary and the hotel was so kind to surprise us with a bottle of champagne and a cake for which we are so very grateful for. The restaurant is also an excellent choice and good value for money.

The quality and standards off the hotel overall, the rooms were clean tidy and well facilitated.
The staff couldn't do more to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.
The relaxed ambience outside with the various sunbathing areas and pools .All areas off the hotel immaculate .
The view looking out to the sea and the glorious Chapel sitting at the outskirts off the grounds.
Breakfast had an abundance off choice for all people's taste's.
Sunbeds we're good having mattress but could definitely in need off the covers being cleaned or steamed rather manky looking after a long season .

Quiet and clean hotel & was able to relax. Good choice of food. (Portion sizes very large) would be could to have option of choosing small , medium or large portions as we are not greedy people and do not like to overeat and waste food .
Good experience and enjoyed my SPA package .
Room compact which made getting around the bed a tight squeeze and due to the bed base being wooden with sharp corners ( I ended up bashing my shins on few occasions, causing bruising) 😩
Advertised as Adult only hotel noticed there was a few children present at the resort (whom did appear to be well behaved) but is a deciding factor for those who choose hotel on the basis as Adults Only.

The hotel is beautiful and food is lovely. We got the all inclusive package and really enjoyed the food and drinks. The location is fantastic - there are little bays all around the hotel where you can snorkel, rent paddle boats and swim etc.
The service is very bad, many of the staff were not able to understand us when we ordered food. Often times they would come back 20 minutes after we sat waiting for our food to ask what we wanted. Also, we found it strange that there is no disclaimer that the hotel hosts so many weddings. We stayed for 4 nights and there were weddings on 3 days. You will be sitting by the pool and have the bride literally walk past you. You will be in the back of strangers wedding photos in your swimsuits. You will be eating dinner looking at the sunset while a wedding party with loud music is happening 5 metres away. Additionally, the hotel plays loud music at all hours of the day, mostly house music. We found it odd since the hotel advertises as a romantic getaway. The spa is also very overpriced.

Honestly what a beautiful place! This was a last minute trip with a friend and we wanted to just relax and be in the sun. This place did not disappoint and I can see why it’s rated so highly. Fully justified! The staff were wonderful, the food excellent (and plentiful!), gym was great and views stunning. The buffet catered to a range of dietary needs, I’m mostly veggie and definitely didn’t go hungry.
Very little! If I was being (very) picky I would say ‘a side sea view’ is an overstatement. Our room was at the back of the hotel and overlooked the carpark. The gym isn’t open until 8am (although their online info says 9am). Ideally the hours would be extended a bit - I’m not sure there’s a reason to only be open when there’s no one monitoring it. The team could do with more staff at the pool bar too making drinks there was one poor lady rushed off her feet the whole time and the others didn’t seem allowed to make drinks.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible - the best hotel breakfast I've ever experienced! The room was gorgeous too. The overall vibe was very relaxed , premium - we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind and attentive.
There are no rules on reserving loungers - so if you aren't putting a towel out at 6am, good luck getting a sun lounger or bed by the pool! It was a bit frustrating as it made the experience feel more stressful and less relaxing/ luxury when the guests are fighting over poolside spots.

The hotel is truly beautiful, just like in the photos. It has a lovely garden and plenty of pools. The staff are kind and friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is peaceful – there's no loud music, making it a perfect place for a relaxing holiday where you just want to read and enjoy the surroundings.
The food, in my opinion, is very diverse – every day there’s something new to try. Everything is well-seasoned and fresh. We would definitely recommend this hotel to people looking for peace, quiet, and a beautifully scented, calm environment.
The mattresses are quite high and soft, which may suit some, but it depends on your personal preference. If you're looking for a hotel with direct beach access, this might be a small drawback – the path leads over rocks to a smaller, but never crowded beach. We didn’t mind it, but for some, the walk could be a bit of a challenge.

Great value for money – we had a wonderful vacation!
The overall experience was great, the hotel is good :)
The dining area and pool complex were excellent, with plenty of space for everyone around the pool. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the view was beautiful.
The rooms are well designed with a balcony, simple but very pleasant.
A few small downsides, though overall we had a great experience:
In the room, the bathroom layout wasn't ideal – the sink was located outside the bathroom, and water tended to splash out from the shower.
The hallway leading to the rooms was a bit dark.
There were a few small weddings taking place over the weekend – it didn’t bother us, but it’s something to be aware of.

I like the grounds the staff and the location. The room was a little bit small but it as ok.
I didn’t like that in the spa area the sauna room and steam room was extra 10€ per person and I didn’t understand why. You paid a lot of money for you’re staying and extra €10 for sauna it was not very elegant for that hotel

The hotel's design is modern and beautiful! Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. I highly recommend booking the half-board option in advance — it's definitely worth it!
It was very nosy as the road is very close, we hade a room 104 non the first floor and the room was the closets one to the road, better to check in advance which excact room you will have.

Nice and quiet hotel. Very nice, comfortable and modern room, with all the necessary things. Everything was clean and new, good quality of soap, towels, bed sheets etc. The stuff was very polite and helpful. The pool and the salty bar-cafe were relaxing. The breakfast was also very good. Value for money.

A calm and peaceful hotel, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a relaxing stay.
The rooms lack soundproofing, so every noise from the corridor is clearly heard and can be quite disturbing.

I enjoyed the breakfast, good range of items and is good quality food. Lunch food was nice aswell and is a reasonable price.
Only because I am in my twenties getting to Agia Napa was a €20/25 trip one way so could get expensive would be ideal getting a car or bus to save money.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Amazing atmosphere and is perfect for a special occasion. With a beautiful view and friendly staff. The bed is very comfortable, I slept amazingly.
The food in the buffet was extensive and good quality however the taste was a little bland, not so special. It just felt like the food is not the same quality as the rest of the hotel.
