Nice personal, who is trying to help : they’ve arrange decoration for our anniversary and let us go to the dinner for free instead of breakfast(cause we didn’t stay for the night second day), which also was fantastic. Quite good sound isolation. Live music every evening. And clean, warm jacuzzi with the spectacular view on the sea and palms!

There is no sand beach but that was expected from pictures, quite hard to book message or spa facilities they are often busy,so book in advance

Amazing view and relaxing stay

We got an upgrade to a suite. The hotel has excellent amenities and facilities and the potential to be a 5 star hotel. Personnel is helpful and very professional. Amazing view with sunset and jacuzzi. Will revisit.

Buffet for all inclusive was Asian cuisine during our visit. It was okay but more variety is needed. Breakfast was good but again more variety is needed.

Best holiday in years

We stayed in a junior suite with a jacuzzi for 10 nights and it was absolutely amazing, definitely the best holiday we’ve been on as a couple. The room was cleaned every day, the staff were absolutely amazing and the all inclusive food/drinks were great quality with different options each day/night. The outdoor facilities were great too and we always managed to find a sun bed/cabana no matter how busy it got. The little set of steps into the sea was a really cool touch. I’ve never experienced a hotel that offers something like this and I thought it was great way to access the clear waters without having to travel too far to one of the beaches.

The only irons located in the hotel were in the basement and there were only two of them which was a bit of an inconvenience but nothing too major. Also I’ve seen at least two recent reviews saying that couples were upgraded to a junior suite, free of charge, which is great for them and if I were in their position I’d be thrilled too, however it is a bit annoying knowing we paid a lot of extra money for this option when others are getting it for no extra cost. Having said that, I would definitely still stay at this hotel again. I really did love the time we spent here.

A place to visit again

From the very first day, our experience at this hotel was outstanding. The pre-check-in process was smooth and thoughtful, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. Every detail was carefully taken care of, showing how much attention the team puts into ensuring guests feel comfortable. The staff were exceptionally caring and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a very positive experience from start to finish.

The location can be a bit challenging for transportation, though this is certainly not the fault of the residence itself.

Stunning Views, Wonderful Staff

We stayed at a hotel located in the beautiful Konnos Bay area, which is a major advantage as it’s much quieter compared to other parts of the region. The hotel offers its own private lounging area, perfect for relaxing, and just a few hundred meters away there’s a rocky beach that’s ideal for swimming — especially considering the disappointing quality of some of the public beaches nearby. Breakfast was generous and offered a wide variety, and we were particularly pleased with our room. The rooms facing Konnos Beach are spacious, offer lovely views, and are also on the quieter side of the building. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff. From the manager all the way to the housekeeping team, everyone was fantastic — warm, attentive, and always willing to help. They truly made our vacation enjoyable and managed to compensate for som e of the shortcomings of the surrounding area.

That said, the hotel is a resort, which is both a strength and a weakness. On the one hand, it offers a full-service experience, but on the other hand, the rooms and bedding show signs of wear and frequent use. Despite being advertised as an adult-only resort, noise can still be an issue. Loud groups of tourists, especially around the pool area, and evening parties made it difficult to truly relax. Although the manager was extremely kind and did his best to make up for this, unfortunately, the behavior of certain guests and the structural limitations of the building are beyond his control. Another point to consider is the hotel’s relative isolation. If you’re planning to visit the nearby beaches or towns, be aware that the hotel is quite far from everything. While there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, the buses run infrequently and unreliably. As a result, guests are often forced to rely on taxis, which can be quite expensive.

A lovely stay on the Protaras coast at the Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel.

Lovely Hotel on the rocky coast of Protaras. We had a partial sea view which was perfect, our room was spacious with plenty of places to hang and put things..The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were excellent and offered us a complimentary lunch once we had checked out of the hotel, on our last day.

We had to drive to the beaches as the beach was small and rocky.

Staff here are excellent especially Aura, pool bar staff and evening bar. food and drink options were very good with a good variety.

No free A la carte, and no free mini bar these are usually available in 5* restaurants at no extra cost. Room cleaning was to a mixed standard, sometimes good, sometimes poor.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and all areas were clean, well-decorated, and clearly well-maintained. Overall, a very pleasant and welcoming hotel experience.

While the hotel itself was lovely, the lack of a nearby beach made the location a bit disappointing.

An incredible place to feel right at home

There were so many beautiful areas to relax at the hotel - from the beautiful lounge surrounded by modern art, a beautiful piano and a quirky little bubble car, to the gin bar overlooking the pool and the ocean. The veranda which was positioned right in front of the beach and was scattered with gorgeous flowers and palm trees was a perfect place to enjoy a late night drink whilst watching some easy entertainment, and the views from our balcony were stunning in the day and night. We chose to stay at leonardo crystal cove for 12 nights as our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival in the evening, the reception staff had asked the chefs to keep the restaurant open later than they usually would in order for us to have some dinner before heading off to bed - there was a fabulous selection, and each night had a new cuisine theme which kept the choices interesting and varied. I suffer with severe anaphylaxis to peanuts and hazelnuts, but the signage and the staff were so helpful in catering to my needs. We never went hungry, as with our all inclusive package there were free snacks such as burgers, baguettes and wraps available in between meals (I certainly put on a few pounds during my stay!). As a welcome gesture for our honeymoon, we received two bottles of champagne to enjoy in our hotel room which was the perfect start to a wonderful stay. The air conditioning worked a treat in our room, as the outside temperatures often climbed into the high 30’s. The pool itself was a whopping 35°C most days, so you could easily spend the whole day floating and relaxing while the music played by the pool bar. Just a two minute walk from the hotel garden was a picturesque dock into the crystal clear waters of the Cyprus sea. There we saw cornet fish, ornate wrasse and lots of little hermit crabs. We also managed to swim with wild turtles during our stay which had been a high bucket-list item for quite some time.

Good facility but does not provide 4 star hotel services

Property is nice and modern. Nice pool, and good breakfast.

It does not provide the services expected from a 4 star hotel. For example available cold water dispensers in the hotel and in the room. With the high temperatures you would expect this to be a minimum. Towels for the pools it is a weird system. There is a Nespresso machine in the room but they provide 2 pods for the first night only, wondering what I was suppose to do for the rest of the mornings.

Highly recommended hotel and will be returning! Champagne, fruit and water waited for us as a compliment together with a birthday balloon! - Comfortable bed and pillows. Slept like babies - Staff was always smiling and very polite and attentive _ Breakfast was excellent and included eggs, pancakes, pastries, cornflakes, fruit, hot plates, different types of bread. All things were fresh. - Also had a massage at the spa and Anna Maria was amazing. Prices of the spa are very reasonable.

Room was a great size with hot tub on balcony. Couldn’t fault the room at all. Wine ‘ fruit left in room on arrival was a lovely touch.

Fantastic adult only hotel just disappointed about the spa

It was very comfortable and clean. The food was outstanding. Great choice. Amazing staff! The food was superbly prepared and presented. It was being constantly topped up when items were running low. Very high quality. Breakfast was equally as superb as the evening meal. So clean as well.

Having to pay extra for the spa facilities including the steam bath and sauna. The sauna was out of order. The staff in the spa were not very helpful. You had to go back to reception to book the sauna and steam room. The indoor pool was freezing on a day where the weather was not great. A heated indoor pool would make it more attractive during a time of year where the temp is inconsistent.

Everything was excellent. The staff was very polite, friendly and served us with a s mile. It was our first time in the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there. We had a lovely and pleasant stay. Lovely relaxing stay

Absolutely amazing staff from receptionist to housekeeping to bar staff. Every one was friendly smiley and welcoming. Beds in the room were extra comfy and bonus points for having a duvet rather than just a sheet like in many hotels. There were always space by the sunbeds and no one was reserving them and leaving.

Food could have been better, we only stayed for three nights and only ate from the buffet. The breakfast was the best of the meals but sometimes things were luke warm and would have been nice to have halloumi daily not just once. One evening, guessing it was Asian, all the dishes tasted the same and nothing that was supposed to be crispy, wasn’t. This didn’t take away from the overall experience anyway. Also, found it quite strange the pool was really shallow, think the “deep” end was 1.30m.
