- I liked cleanliness and size of room - Comfy bed - Proximity to beach - The bookable al la carte restaurant was lovely

- Lobby was so crowded in evenings, I did not like that the bar kind of took over the whole lobby area, it was not peaceful or worthy of a 4* at all - Breakfast area is very small for the amount of people there, felt very crowded and 3* vibe - Breakfast was greasy and heavy, not many healthy options - No mint tea in room - I think you should let guests know to bring a reusable water bottle before staying due to the refill stations on the floors - AC was naff, didn't make much difference - Towels were worn and hard, towel lady also quite miserable

Staff were lovely, hotel room was nice clean and comfortable.

Food wasn’t the nicest, we only had breakfast included and it wasn’t the best, it didn’t feel very fresh. Pool area wasn’t kept the cleanest.

Great hotel

The staff were very nice and helpful. Special Thanx to Alfina and Christine at the reception. And Kostas the life guard. The hotel was very clean and it has a big variety at the food section. By bus, It takes just 10 minutes to get to the city center of Protaras, or 20 minutes to Aya napa. If you are going to Protaras, you better try this hotel.

Although there is a nice variety of food, there is not enough vegetables. And no salads.

Great service, but moldy room

Recently renovated hotel with a very fair breakfast. The staff was excellent, showing genuine hospitality and professionalism. The facilities overall were of high standard and well maintained.

Although the room was renovated, it had a strong smell of mold. Despite the good amenities, I wouldn’t be able to stay in the same room for a second night because of the unpleasant odor.

Enjoyed our time, great hotel.

We were 10 family members, 7 adults and 3 kids, we really enjoyed our time. The hotel has all you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and clean. The waterpark is a real hit. The pool never feels too crowded and there are plenty of sunbeds, although sometimes all occupied. The food is okay, there is variety and you can always find something to eat. There are entertaiments and activities in the hotel which are great for both adults and kids. Bus station outside the hotel. Free water is everywhere around the hotel.

Towels looked old and some were torn out. Location is not the best but there is a bus station just outside the hotel. Food is okay, could be better, but still there is a good variety and there are two restaurants in the hotel. I don't recomend the food in the bar near the pool.

Children beds tiny. My children’s feet were hanging off the end if the bed. Kids are 10 and 12 years and not super tall. Dining room was too small. There was a queue for the buffet the last few days of our stay. All pool depths were the same. Difficult with younger children. More frequent visits to speciality restaurant. It would be better to have more than one speciality restaurant option rather than the Sky Bar. Or make all three part of all inclusive options. This would free up the buffet restaurant better and use the Sky bar facility better. This was empty every night we stayed.

Would come back

We loved the size of this resort, is very compact, easy to navigate for our children (8y and 6y), waterpark near the main swimming pools, bars, toilets all nearby. I particularly appreciate the fact that there were water fountains around the property. The room cleaning was excellent ( sometimes they even tidy up twice a day), exceptionally clean everywhere. Special mention for the pool bar personnel, Gabor was especially attentive and friendly. All employees were generally nice. Our kids loved the mini club and the organized activities (water polo, petanque, aqua gym, darts etc)

We were charged for the minibar even if there was no price list anywhere in the room and on the first day there was a note saying that it is complimentary products for us to enjoy. At the pool bars they were using disposable cups- not very environmentally conscious.

Living the Good Life: Protaras Done Right

We have visited a family of 5 adults and 2 children, at the end of May- beginning of June, on an all inclusive basis. Upon our arrival - we got an upgrade on 2 out of 3 rooms that we've reserved - amazing bonus by the hotel. All the rooms were clean, spacious, very beautifully decorated. Hotel's facilities were daily cleaned, and the whole perimeter was very well maintained. Food wise - through all of the meals we felt there was not enough selection of fish, seafood and fresh vegetables. But the cantina next to the pool offered through the day also salads, sandwiches, hamburgers and desserts - and lot of our dinners were based on that. It was great that it was open through the day so that there's always some snacks and beverages available, specially for the kids. Also got the chance to check the rooftop cocktail bar - highly recommended - great drinks , fine sushi and cool atmosphere. Every evening there was some musical entertainment on the main porch, which you can enjoy with some drinks from the main bar. For the kids they had face painting at 19:30, every evening and mini disco - but only once. The kids club only opens at 10:00 - too late for us folks that are up from 7:00 AM due to out toddler. Offered activities such as painting, darts, lego bricks, kids yoga. Unfortunately during our visit, there was a windy weather so we didn't use the pool so much. But a few minutes from the hotel, there is a magical lagoon, a public beach, where we spent a lot of time. There is a bus stop next to the hotel - very convenient, and we got the chance to visit Protaras by public transport, in 5-10 minutes ride. To summarise - we really enjoyed our visit, and although it wasn't perfect, hopefully we'll come back in the near future.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location.

Beautiful property. Staff are very helpful. Things to do throughout the day. The walk into Protaras took about 20 mins. Included breakfast has lots of choice. Lovely pool area with slides for the children. I would recommend to come back.

Over all worth the money

It was very clean, very nice, it had robes and one time use slippers which was really nice, the breakfast was perfect 👏🏽

The indoor pool was 25 euro per person for one hour, (not heated, just special mineral water) they didnt say this in the details or anything

A place one revisits

One of the best we have experienced so far in the area. What truly suprised us is that: 1. At breakfast there was freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly grinded coffee 2. There is free water dispenser at the pool area 3. There is fresh cucumber and citrus water and fruits to get at the lobby 4. The rooms are equipped with capsule coffee machines and complementary fresh fruit on arriival 5. Easy access from the rooms to breakfast and pool area 6. Kiosk not overpriced 7. Cleaningness is spectacular 8. Staff willingness to be of help to you 9. The quality of drinks and food in general

While cleaningness in general is spectacular, the room cleaning service was a bit dissappointing (e.g. towels on the floor re-hanged instead of exchanged). Also room coffee not renewed the day after. Also, room ligthing electronics, shampoo dispensers and shower rain need to be serviced as not all points were fully functional.

The location is pretty good, close to everything

The bedrooms need ALOT of work! But the main 2 points of dissatisfaction which could not let us sleep: - The AC is super loud, I do not have difficulty in sleeping usually but this was unbearable - the bed was very uncomfortable

Comfortable hotel but not quite sure it was worth the price tag

The outdoor facilities were good for our child. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food for breakfast had good variety & was well stocked during the rush. Room was comfortable and a good size for 3 of us.

Unfortunately our room had significant black mould up the wall from a leaking shower. This was raised with staff who said they would have someone look at it but we were only there one night so cannot comment how quickly it was tended to. During the day the pool area did not seem to be cleaned at all.

A very pleasant stay in a modern comfortable hotel, well done.

The hotel has modern design, comfortable rooms, and we were lucky enough to have a free upgrade to a room with a shared swimming pool with another three rooms. Breakfast was quit good, good quality of bed and pillows in general a very pleasant stay.
