Was great fun and the kids enjoyed the pool and burgers and ice-cream. All in all a great holiday just a few things that

Clean, presentable hotel. Very friendly staff who were always smiling and happy to help. Short walk to the local beaches and shops. Comfortable and clean rooms, well maintained by good house keeping staff. Great pool and slides too.

The stairwell always stunk of cigarette smoke. The food quality was average for a 4 star hotel, although looked very presentable. The pool was very very cold. Music around the pool during the day was far too loud and it really didn’t need to be as the guests taking part in pool exercise were straight in front of the speaker system. During the evening, the entertainment music was loud and went on too late, as most young families were already in bed by this time.

Pleasantly suprised

Food wasn't much option but tasted great was something nice to eat always. Drinks were great for all inclusive Pool and waterpark were fab Nice touch where you could scan to order from the snackbar from your sunbeds that were also reserved. entertainment was fab young lad from Greece was so lovely and so friendly. Rooms were very good and so spacious Nice variety of ice creams offerd with all inclusive. Reception staff were great.

Only think I would say is it is quite an enclosed hotel/ space everything like the pool side and restaurant they wernt very spacious and the desert choice was poor. We did book a pool view room and as much as we liked our room it looked out onto the waterpark which was a little disappointing as we payed the extra for a pool view.

Another fantastic family holiday!

This is our 2nd visit to the Sunrise Oasis and it was just as amazing as the first time! This hotel is completely set up for families. The staff are fabulous, the property is immaculate, the food was fantastic. We can’t wait to book again.

The perfect family holiday!

The hotel is the most amazing place for families! The facilities for children are the best we have found in Protaras. The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and big enough for a family of 5. The food was varied, fresh and suited all appetites. The staff, particularly on reception were exceptional. We loved it so much that we have booked again for August!

There were no negatives apart from the holiday had to end.

Budget stay for family vacation

Staffs are friendly. Even though it’s a bit far from the city center and beach , still can walk down to those. Pools are not heated as the hotel claim , generally I would say , it’s missing some regular maintenance at many places . All inclusive buffet is small and quickly can get tired of it . Booking system for towels , and cash deposits for many facilities is annoying for an all inclusive hotel .

Great hotel for kids. A water park with several slides, not too big and the children can be supervised easily. Dinner is repetitive, but some of the meals can be converted into really good restaurants. The staff is kind, there is no line, everything is perfect.

Comfortable, clean & family friendly - not a romantic gettaway

I would say this hotel is on the higher end of a basic economy hotel. It seems perfect for families or longer stays as the rooms are rather large with tiny kitchenettes. There was nothing exceptional for one night with my husband but certainly nothing missing either. The facilities were all updated and very clean, the bed was comfy with blackout curtains & good aircon. The sea view is nice (we had a full sea view room on 4th floor). For a longer stay this would've been comfortable for a small family. Nice to be across the street from a Lidl & have a restaurant with breakfast below. Didn't use the pool but all the facilities looked nice

The hotel is set back off the beach but the sea view is still pretty. Must drive to most other areas but that's typical in Cyprus. Was just missing a bit of personality & that extra luxe comfort in the rooms.

Pleasant

Nice and friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious and cleaned well on daily basis. Very large bed. Breakfast is quite good, though not very diverse. A rare evening entertainment for kids was enjoyable.

The hotel could use some renovation. WiFi was not working in the bedroom and was very weak/slow in other places. There were ants in the kitchen. Some other smaller inconsistencies like there's a bar soap, but no soap dish. There's kitchenware, but no sponge or dishwashing liquid to clean it. There's a kids club, but only for those who purchased a package from one of the tour operators, not for the others, it was quite a challenge to explain this for a 3 yo kid. It was getting noisy in the room from time to time (a sound like water rushing down the pipe or vent going crazy)

Exceptional

it‘s the perfect place for vacation. I booked it for the half of our stay and my idea was when we come to check out hotels ob the first line at the beach and to upgrade pur vacation, but after experiencing this hotel, I decided this is the best plaxr for our family. Free yoga instructor, thematical shows every night, incredibly kind stuff and perfect housecleanibg every day. Seaside is 5 min away. We are coming again for sure!
