It’s Grand Hyatt after all. Service is excellent. Some places are a bit run down. Beach area is too small and quite dirty. Nothing inviting.

The property exceeds expectations. The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. However, I would say the wifi was abit slow, laggy at times. Something to look into. Overall, one of the best Grand Hyatt I have stayed.
