Perfect and thoroughly enjoyable

Everything was great, the location on the corniche was exactly what we wanted. Access to the sea front was easy and the readily available bike/scooters allowed a large area to be reached. Food was great and the room both comfortable, with a great shower and the room cleaned daily to a high standard.

Nothing really, the only downside was the flight arrival time meant we had to wait for a room. Next time I would book the day before and do a late checkin

The room was quite specious. There was enough space to put an open suitcase. There was enough drinking water provided.

Bathroom. There were multiple issues, e.g. old and damaged fittings, low water pressure (not able to take comfortable bath), shower did not close (hence whole bathroom got flooded) etc.

Charming hotel in a walkable neighbourhood close to the beach, helpful staff, would stay again

It's located around 400m from Corniche beach (though add 200m to go to nearest traffic light and cross the road - still close). A huge amount of very good cafes/restaurants in the area, several pedestrian streets. Mostly you need to drive to get anywhere in Abu Dhabi, but here you can have a walkable vibe. Rooms were large, and they placed our two rooms next to each other and connected by an inner door, much exceeding my expectations, wonderful! Valet parking is insanely convenient. Staff very friendly and trying hard to satisfy every request. Charming exterior and interior decor. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast (and lunch when I tried it once) was too basic. There's tons of good cafes with breakfast right near the hotel, so just use those I guess. The whole area is relatively far from "big" attractions like those on Yas island, 25-30 min drive. Though maybe it's just Abu-Dhabi being big.

Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. The lifts were very good and smooth

Sometimes there was hot water in the shower and basin, and sometimes it was only just warm. We ate lunch in the restaurant. The price was advertised as 40AED on the reception screen. No prices anywhere else including in the restaurant. They decided to put the price up too 100AED but didn't tell anyone or fix the screen. They charged us the higher price on the second day and it took a lot of complaining to get the refund of 60AED each. Very unprofessional. The features of the room were not as listed - no mini bar, no spa bath

Great location, walking distance from the beach. Lots of excellent supermarkets nearby. Food in the Irish bar downstairs and rooftop restaurant are both great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was not fully happy with the my staying

Room was spacious and amenities are adequate

I am not satisfied with the Reception team . Not friendly approach, staff are very reserved and not always friendly. I observed the diversity, example for Indian like me, staff will not facilitate to open the front doors , if other nationalities they are pleasure to serve as required. You can check in your camera clips. In addition, we have to ask to change bed linen and pillows cover or it will be as it is. I was experienced that more than 6 days not changed anything until I asked for change. After I raised my complaint, all levels representative came and apologized. My overall all feedback back is the overall improvement is required.

Good value for money in a central location

The location is good and room comfy with a good bathroom.

Many things were under repair: One of three lifts was permanently out of order and sometimes only one functioned, and this affected the waiting time. The phone in the room didn’t work one day. This coincided with me ordering in-dining via the reception, which never came because they didn’t have my dish and since they couldn’t call me, no one bothered informing me by knocking on my door. So the service mentality could be improved upon as well. They have a rooftop pool, but no shaded places, so I didn’t see anyone using the pool area. The sun was too scorching.

A central and convenient place to stay for good value.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great and very central. It is a crowded area and sometimes there is a lot of traffic, especially in the evenings.

The safety box did not work but was fixed after I complained. The bathroom was clean but looked used with some damaged tiles. The pool and the gym are very small.

Good clean - a little old

Location is good if you want to head to the beach or just chill in the city. Valet parking, food around Nice bed and room size and all available in the room, water towels, rooms Service, laundry, they have gym & pool which I haven't tried.

I didn't like that the hotel doesn't respond on booking.com so you have to call them. The toilet is a bit old and some things like the bidet seemed to be missing paint and looks old.

Great value for the money. Staff were all great.

Went in the bar for food and a coupe of drinks. There was a family with a screaming child. I just don’t think kids should be in a bar after 7pm if at all. Food was good though 👍
