Firstly upon booking there was no mention of building works but this was so loud that I had to move rooms which I’m grateful they could accommodate however the quality and cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t up to the standard. All the furniture was outdated and discoloured and the shower and bathroom facilities were certainly not up to the standard of a Hotel like this.

Breakfast and dinner both lacked variety of food options especially for asian decent tourists and it needa quite a bit imrprovement.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the reception. No one was smiling, no one said Hi or welcome first and when you asked a question, they would look at each other before responding, as if they were judging you together before deciding to help. When I booked the room through Expedia, there was an option stating “airport transfer available.” However, when I inquired about this at the reception, they reacted with visible irritation. A man, then approached us and spoke to me and my partner in a very disrespectful manner.

I would like to mention the kindness of staff, especially Mariane at the reception, and the people at the sports club. One of the showers though in room 209 did not have a soap and shampoo distributeur, though. I had to take soap from the other shower

Central hotel, big rooms, free water, very helpful staff, and the breakfast is good. The bathroom is was a bit annoying as it was completely open and the water was going everywhere. Also, it needs a bit renovation.

The sauna is very poorly maintained. Several wooden planks are rotten, and the measuring instruments are broken. The hammam has mold on the ceiling, and the lockers lack security keys.

Booked a family room. They had no family rooms available when we checked in. Sheraton thought it was acceptable for 1 of us to sleep on a sofa (not a pull out sofa bed) and the other to sleep on a mattress on the floor. It was late at night and we were thankfully only staying one night or I would have walked out and found somewhere else. Hotel Management were meant to contact us but after 5 days later they haven’t.
