Great stay at an excellent hotel

Breakfast was great although the choice of cereals was limited. The room was seafacing and excellent. I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton. We walked to the beach and we also did a little bit shopping therefore the location was great. Will definetely visit again in future.

Good for the value of money.

Location is good, few minutes away you have beaches, and on the other side its the city. I liked that the pool is heated. Kids could enjoy.

I didnt like the answer from reception of one lady about the early check in. And the fact that when we called to ask about the heated pool they said that is not heated. But actually it is. So it seems that reception/reservation doesn’t have all the details of the hotel. Also I didn’t like that there are no cups for to go coffee/tea.

Home far from home

It was very good. The swimming pool was lovely. Gym was well equipped. Staff very helpful and nice. Bedroom was perfect and location . On Christmas Day Santa Claus was there 🥰

A comfortable and family-friendly stay with excellent service — we would happily book again.

We really liked the combined room setup, which was perfect for our family of five and allowed us to stay together comfortably. The room was convenient and well arranged, and the location made it easy to access nearby places. The front desk staff, especially Aldrin, were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast options could be improved by offering more variety to better suit families. Aside from that, everything else met our expectations and went smoothly during our stay.

It is not allowed to collect the delivery from courier on the reception even in case if the client is not in the hotel. Although it was stated that renovation is ongoing on the fifth floor the second floor roomed were still affected by construction noise.

Doesnt live up to “sheraton” standards, theres a wierd smell honestly and im not that picky, we booked a room for 4, and the room only had one king bed, so we had to buy two extra beds also theres sort of a night club or bar below the hotel which is sketchy and didnt feel very safe a drunk person was arrested right infront of the hotel from the club,, the facilities are decent but not sheraton level its fine for its value and for a quick trip but not for leisure also the sound insulation isnt the best

Overall, great value for money... Convenient location in the city center, spacious rooms and helpful staff. If you know what to expect, then it is a good choice to stay in Abu Dhabi.

Do not expect typical Sheraton standards since the building is quite old and it is more of an apartment rather than a hotel. This is not a 5* Sheraton hotel that you generally visualize in mind.

Huge rooms with nice views

Value for money! We had 1 night stay in Abu Dhabi city after staying elsewhere, we were upgraded for our rooms. The rooms were huge! And great views. Breakfast was nice. Pool & gym were good.

One of our rooms did unfortunately have a musty smell but wasn't bad enough to complain about it, we were grateful for the upgrade and location of rooms.

All my pre-arrival requests were ignored. I had booked a twin-bed room, but was given an old king-bed room with a very hard, outdated mattress. They then offered an extra bed, but only with additional charges—and even that mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. In the end, I had neither the twin beds I requested nor a proper sleeping arrangement. Most of my requests were disregarded, which was disappointing, especially since this is not my first stay. Unlike my previous visits, this experience was very unsatisfactory.

1 of 5 first hotels in Abu Dhabi!

Wonderful option near Corniche. Family classic junior suite was like the pictures. Rooftop swimming pool on the 18th floor. Free valet parking services. Good bed, clean room, great breakfast and most of all excellent staff. Although a classic room decoration it feels a bit dated. All working perfectly but signs of tear and wear are slightly visible so maybe an update in due time.

Delay in check-in more than 2 hours.

Specially the covered pool provides a better experience during the summer. We were able to use the pool at anytime during our stay and it was brilliant. Life guard staff were super friendly. And rooms were spacious and clean.

During our check-in process we had to wait more than 2 hours to get our room ready even though we informed our arrival time 2 days before in booking.com And the only option reception gave us was you can go outside and come while it was 35 degrees outside. When it comes for concierge and the reception they really lacking behind of guest service. They seems to be like unbothered while we were waiting.

The room card had a problem all the time and I had to go to the reception to activate it again.through booking I had 20% discount on food and drink.the drink was only for refreshments and they did not tell me during check-in. The reception was not so well informed regarding the neighbourhood.

Highly recommended

The location of the hotel is excellent: just 6-7 minutes walk from the beach. A lot of shops around. The room was big and comfortable with all the staff you need. Very comfortable for the travel with kids as there are kitchen areas in the room. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was yummy, a lot of choice.
