The Location, Front Desks, Cleanliness of the room and the Delicious Breakfast!
The room amenities were not properly set up for four guests, even though we booked and paid for four persons. Upon arrival, there were insufficient towels, glasses, tea/coffee supplies, and other essential amenities. We had to call and request these items multiple times before they were provided. These amenities should have been prepared in advance, and guests should not have to repeatedly ask for items that are already included in the booking for four occupants.
