I came in the night from a long flight and found an african guy at the reception (I wasn’t able to get his name). He is very polite and hospitable. He even assisted me with my big luggage as the rooms are located at the 2nd floor. The bed is equipped with all the basic things that I needed for a 1 night stay. The bathroom is clean but I think it would be better if towels are also provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and will definitely be back of I will ever get the chance to visit the UAE again.
