The staff were amazing, especially Ziada. I think the girl's name was Jane.

Everything was fine overall, but the mattress and the bed need to be replaced as they are quite old

It was close to the town and easy to travel back and forth , staff where very friendly and helpful during my stay

I like how the property is accessible to any malls and restaurants and its peaceful. Very good for staycation.

I will never recommed my friends and relatives to take this apartment.I have several reason for this.I will make detailed complaint through booking.com and Abudabhi tourism department

There is absolutely nothing to like about this property. I do not recommend anybody to stay here.

The room I was given was nothing like the “Adorable Master Room - Heart of Abu Dhabi” shown in the listing photos. Those pictures made it look bright, modern, really spacious, and nicely put together, but what I walked into was a terrible, dated, poorly lit room that felt cheap and run down. I booked it around 4:50 PM on February 5, 2026, and got there about 8:40 PM the same day, so only a few hours between booking and arrival. Right away I noticed zero towels or toiletries of any kind provided. There were no batteries in the TV or AC remotes at all, The bed frame was wobbly and looked like it was literally falling apart. The sofa was in bad shape: it had a clear cigarette burn (a small charred hole/mark right in the fabric where someone had obviously pressed a cigarette into it), plus other damage, and to top it off, there were pieces of wood shoved underneath to try to hold the whole thing up because of missing support. The place just had an overall unclean, neglected vibe, no basic comforts, no real maintenance done. I couldn’t stay in that for even one night, let alone the full 3 nights (Feb 5–8). I left within about an hour of checking in because it was not what I had paid for. The host later acted like there was no problem on their end and that they had the room ready for days, but that’s not true, I booked and arrived the same evening, and the photos prove the condition and the mismatch were real issues from the moment I walked in. You can tell it’s a different room simply by the furniture. The building itself was old and an overall rundown feel that didn’t match the modern vibe the listing tried to sell. It was in a central part of Abu Dhabi, which sounds convenient on paper, but the actual area turned out to be terrible, loud, chaotic, and not the kind of place you’d want to spend time in or feel safe coming back to late at night. On top of that, there were about six elevators serving what seemed like a huge number of tenants, and they were packed.

Almost everything. It was horrible experience for me and my wife. The room was not clean. The sofa and bed were broken. Also, no tissue or any kind of amenities.

Staff are very kind.
