Property Fraud via Booking.com (AED 1400 Loss)

Dear Team, Good day. I am writing to request your urgent support regarding my booking. From 29th September 2025, it has now been 5 days that the property owner has not responded to any of my calls or messages regarding a refund or an alternative stay option. We booked this property with the intention of staying close to our office location, but unfortunately, after paying AED 1400, we have neither received the room nor been provided with any alternative arrangement. The property owner is completely unresponsive, leaving us in a very difficult situation with no place to stay. This is my humble request for you to take immediate action on this matter. Please ensure that such incidents do not happen with other guests in the future so that people can book and stay peacefully without facing such problems. I kindly request you to process my refund or provide me with an alternative accommodation at the earliest.
