Disappointed. Should focus on cleaning and facilitate guests

Room is much smaller than mentioned in booking.com site. Not at all comfortable for family stay. Kitchen not working then shifted to other location after complaining. Shortage of utensils and crockery. Management response (Mr Aala) was Ok but has his own limitations. Other staff respons was good. Not recommended for family specially who want to utilise kitchen.

Worst place i ever visited

Disappointed.no any hygiene. No electricity no wifi. Water leaking from the roof. Bed sheets no change long time. Bathroom not clean. When you reach location they send another location to come. Then another location. No staff one staff came. He split everywhere near the room. Not any safety. Fighting and shouting middle of the night. Not recommending for anyone

The apartment looks nothing like the photos or the description on Booking. The room was dirty, with mold on the walls, a very hard bed, and insects inside. There was no natural light, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no mobile signal inside the room. I asked to change my room, but the person at the reception told me there was nothing he could do and that I had to “accept it as it is.” Even worse — the staff asked for my phone pretending they needed to “check my Booking reservation,” but they actually used my account to leave a fake 10/10 review for their property. I only noticed this a few hours later. I believe most of the positive reviews here are fake, written by the host using other guests’ phones. This is completely dishonest and unacceptable. I paid €85 per night for a place that is not worth even close to that price. ⚠️ Do not stay here for your own good. Terrible experience.

It's not the same as pictures, and no privacy

It's not the same as pictures, and there's no privacy. The room is next to the main apartment door, everyone leaving or coming can hear us. Even some people are sitting outside the room in the living room in front of the room. No privacy. I paid 243 it doesn't deserve that money. It's a bad value for money.

The room not clean and the ac not working

I paid 153 AED for this stay, but the AC was not working, the room was not clean, and I could not sleep because it was very hot I try to call them but all numbers not working only two numbers work by WhatsApp only I requested help and a room change but nothing was done. This is unacceptable. I request a full refund or compensation for this terrible experience. Thank you.

The location is good

The staff is rood and not friendly, yesterday our ac was not working, i complaint that problem but i can't get fair solution.. And the wash room is not clean, Also the bed is very dirty, fully past customer's hair and other waste on the bed, I'm not satisfied of your service..

Absolutamente nada

Desde que llegas, el edificio es viejo, el cuarto de establecimiento horrible, con un olor pésimo, super sucio, el baño mide al rededor de 1 metro, afortunadamente nuestra estadía era únicamente por 4 horas, y ni aun así, pudimos bañarnos, no gastes tu dinero en este lugar No vale la pena para nada

صاحب الإقامة نصاب وغير محترم لما وصلت طلب مني مبلغ 70 درهم إضافي وانا رفضت طبعا ولم يعطيني مفتاح الغرفه لذا لا انصح بالتعامل معه واتمنى من شركة يوكنغ تزيله من عندهم لأنه يعكس صورك سيئة عليهم
