Kind and polite staff members, clean, tidy and breakfast was always great with multiple options and variety daily. The location is perfect and accessible to anywhere you want to go in the city. This was my second time staying at Centro Al Manhal and will most definitely return.

Everything is excellent, only there are some small things that need care and attention from the maintenance team. For example, the bathroom door lock has a problem when opening and closing. Check the water drainage, whether when showering or in the sink.

I had a great stay. The staff are friendly and professional. The place is clean and safe. I have stayed there for close to 5 weeks this year; three separate trips and I keep coming back. It’s a very convenient location to so many amenities. Taxis are the best way to travel and they are economically priced.

For the price, it was very good! Valet parking in front of the hotel which was useful. Room was small but tidy and clean. Very good location, next to Mall which has plenty of shops and restaurants

Really good stay. Had everything youd want. Everything worked, nothing missing, all clean and just a smooth hassle free stay. Slept well & big enough room for 3 of us. Good location next to the mall too. Surprised it's not 4*, much better than a lot of 4*s i've stayed it. Will probably stay here again next time we're in Abu Dhabi

Good central location right next to an excellent mall. Our room had a super view of the football stadium which would have been great if there had been a game on! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is no metro in Abu Dhabi but it was very easy to get a taxi which were really inexpensive .

I booked this hotel room as a stop-over for my flight the next day from Abu Dhabi. It was nicely positioned near to the Central Bus Station which seems to have many other names as well. Breakfast was thrown in, but I spent most of the time walking around trying to find things. Quite a different setup to what you normally find in Europe.

I had reserved a room in a non-smoking area, when I arrived at the hotel they informed me that they only had a smoking area available, then I had to go down to the reception 3 times because the keys did not work, then the room had a very bad smell in general not just cigarettes.

It was a really good experience. Friendly staff and really helpful. they even helped me out by printing my airplane tickets, weighted my luggage and recommended a faster & cheaper way to the airport
