A relaxing staff in the heart of Abu Dhabi

Great location, friendly staff and a nice big space that cater to all of my needs.

Not enough outlets to charge devices and some were hidden behind heavy furniture and in accessible.

Not worth it

Breakfast is not shared with the hotel as indicated in the q&a There is not direct beach access, you actually need to walk on the street and pass the mall to get to the hotel side and access the beach or the pool There is one very small window in the room overlooking another building, absolutely no light Despite booking a « one bedroom » because we were travelling with a baby, it is not a one bedroom appartment as the top of the room is open, so all light and noise from the living area is heard in the bedroom. It was terrible

Very friendly and helpful staff, very child friendly environment. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and very good breakfast.

Maybe as resident of sweden we are a bit noise sensitive but construction site exactly beside was very noisy with 3 shifts day and night work. It is only reason I didn’t give overall 10 to my experience.

Surprisingly uncomfortable

Location is great, connected directly with the mall. Check in process was good. The apartment size is big and comfortable.

The construction outside was loud and despite being on 15th floor we could still hear all the loud traffic. The windows are completely not sound proof. The bedding smelled like it was stored without drying properly - smell of mouldy wet bedding. Shower was leaking a lot.

Five-star family-and-work win at Beach Rotana All Suites

I stayed here with my wife, our 10-year-old son, and our 18-month-old daughter while I had three days of client meetings at the main Beach Rotana hotel. The All Suites are part of the same complex, connected through Abu Dhabi Mall, so moving between work and family was effortless. They even run a buggy if you don’t feel like walking. Location and connectivity Direct access to Abu Dhabi Mall kept my family busy with shopping, cafés, and kid activities while I worked. I could cut through the mall to the Beach Rotana side for meetings in minutes. Apartment that actually works for families We booked an apartment, and it felt like one—space to spread out, a kitchen for quick meals, and smart layout for naps and bottles. Best part: the team offered a proper extra bed for my 10-year-old instead of pushing the living-room sofa bed. Small gesture, huge difference in comfort. Service Warm, efficient, and genuinely helpful with all the family logistics—strollers, nap times, late returns—nothing was a hassle. Value Slightly heavy on the wallet… mostly because my wife had my credit cards and Abu Dhabi Mall is right there. Consider yourself warned: easy access equals easy spending. Bottom line If you’re in Abu Dhabi on business with family in tow, book the All Suites. You get work convenience on the Beach Rotana side and easy entertainment next door—without compromising on comfort.

Their prices were varying quite a bit on certain dates. Maybe a uniform daily pricing for long term bookings might work out great. I was expecting to stay another night and the staff had actually offered to work out the same daily rate. However, my plans changed and had to go to Dubai. Accessing the AD Coop supermarket is a bit tricky from the mall and need to walk out in the hot weather to the entrance, though its just a few meters (<20m) of walk.

Excellent stay, super recommended!!

The rooms were very clean and furnished with very good quality appliances as well because we were travelling with our 3 month old infant it was essential to have a cod and a washing machine. The room was equipped with everything, even the matrix if the cod was hard and orthopedic. It is something you do not find easily in hotels and we were extremely happy about it. The room was very comfortable, with a large terrace looking at the city. It was very nice to sit there in the night and enjoy the view. Washing machine Oven Microwave Iron Big fridge

Wonderful hotel apartments with access to the mall and comfortable stay in great location

Great for a group of friends or family with kids. Bed is comfortable. Living room and kitchen are good with all appliances available within the room. Bathroom is clean and nice. Oven Microwave Washing Machine Iron Iron board A bonus all day breakfast by the entrance and access to the mall.

Good location, but wouldn’t stay again. Beach Rotana Residences much nicer and more modern.

Good location. Access to facilities at the Beach Rotana Hotel and golf cart shuttle to/from. Basement parking. Connected to Abu Dhabi Mall.

Quite dated. Unfortunately one end of the sofa smelled of vomit. Very slow room service (asked for a couple of wine glasses). Dryer didn’t work so had to spend an afternoon at the laundromat. The 2 bedroom apartment was fairly expensive for what it is (especially compared to other hotels in Abu Dhabi, including the Beach Rotana Residences).

Stay in Rotana Hotel, not the all suites section.

Clean property recently refurbished

Staff unhelpful. No direct access to beach/pool area. Design of bedroom with rotating TV meant no privacy from other guests in the 2 bedroom property. Noisy rattling AC unit. Access control cards did not work in elevator properly. Step into kitchen area dangerous. Parking in mall not convenient. Pool area drinks service terrible - took 45 minutes to get served a drink !

The constant request for your room number by the staff at every step you take is annoying , unrefined, and also denotes poor organizational skills in some operations without annoying the customer . You have to state your room number at every station, like a military check point . Sometimes it is even asked 2 or 3 times by the same person despite the fact that you have already passed that way . If you want to order a coffee and pay for it right away the first question you are asked anyway is “ room number sir “ . You should change your approach and ask first how you want to pay. When I’m on vacation I just want to relax and be not stressed by questions all the time

Fantastic!!

I truly enjoyed my stay. My family was very pleased with everything. The staff was exceptional. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Saleh, Phyo, Ah were exceptionally helpful, kind and considerate. They were two other staff members who were also great. They shuttled us to the mail Rotana to use the pool and the restaurants. Splendid!!

doesnt look like 5 star hotel, room was clean but empty no even a water to drink,tv not working,me and family came to relax but 2am morning we need to find store to buy coffee..terrible! i booked for two close rooms as we are coming as family but we get 21th and 11th floor...i regret why i chose this hotel..never come back again
