A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a clean, well-maintained hotel with a fresh ambiance, modern furniture, and excellent facilities. The staff were professional and welcoming, the food was consistently satisfying, and the view added a refined touch to the overall experience.
Frequent confusion with the nearby Rotana Beach Hotel caused repeated mix-ups for taxis and delivery drivers.
Hopefully clearer naming and corrected map pins to prevent confusion with the main Rotana Beach Hotel.

Location is great, connected directly with the mall. Check in process was good. The apartment size is big and comfortable.
The construction outside was loud and despite being on 15th floor we could still hear all the loud traffic. The windows are completely not sound proof. The bedding smelled like it was stored without drying properly - smell of mouldy wet bedding. Shower was leaking a lot.
