The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately the pool was closed, although there was access to pools at neighbouring hotels. We had some issues within our suite that the staff were quick to address and fix. We would stay here again.

Huge propery but room small. Toothbrush razor etc they give is toooooo poor quality. Better bring your tooth brush. Do not forget. Old rooms.

The shower in our original room (1214) had such low water pressure that it was impossible to rinse off soap properly. We called the front desk to request help, but no one showed up for over 30 minutes. After calling again and explaining that we had just returned from the pool and couldn’t shower, it still took another 15 minutes for someone to finally come and check. Only then were we told we’d be moved to another room. Even after that, we waited another 20 minutes. In total, it took nearly 2 hours just to resolve the issue and move from Room 1214 to 1205. We were extremely tired after a red-eye flight and just wanted to rest, but the delay made the situation much worse. No one even brought us the new room key—I had to go down to the front desk myself to get it. Shockingly, the next day, the new room key didn’t work either, which caused more inconvenience. It honestly felt like the staff believed the hotel's reputation alone was enough, without delivering the level of service expected. The service was far from five-star. There seemed to be no proper system to handle complaints efficiently. That said, I will mention that the valet service was excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, this stay did not live up to the name or the expectations we had.

I’ve been to numerous Hyatt properties, and they are all very beautiful, but the staff made this higher experience a true pearl. The detail and expectation of my every need, were absolutely amazing. It was a total staff win, from housekeeping to waitstaff, total win. I will be staying here, and again!

Nice hotel in the city center of Abu Dhabi. Easy to access and high standard. Our family suit was spacious with a large balcony and three toilets. The food in the bar/bistro was good. Just a bit complicated and confusing with gluten free options. Nice swimmingpool with a small direct beach access. The gym is large and modern with quite a view.

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi during ADIPEC 2024, and the experience was very convenient due to the hotel’s shuttle service to the event. This service saved me a lot of time and hassle, making it an excellent choice for anyone attending conferences or exhibitions in the city. The hotel itself is luxurious and well-maintained, with modern amenities and spacious rooms that offer stunning views of Abu Dhabi. The staff were professional, attentive, and ensured a seamless check-in and check-out process. The dining options were diverse, with high-quality food that catered to various tastes. Overall, the combination of convenience, excellent service, and a luxurious atmosphere made my stay highly enjoyable. I would recommend the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi to anyone visiting for business or leisure, especially for major events like ADIPEC. Rating: 5/5

We had an excellent time in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Really well looked after by the staff and big credit to Varun, Ranjan, Pratibha and others. The breakfasts included Indian vegetarian food like Masala dosa freshly made and eggless pancakes were delightful. The regular masala chai service was a highlight!! The gym is very good and the pool is nice if on the small side. Happy to visit this place again.
