    My friend and I came to Rixos for a little relaxing escape. Rixos met all expectations and above and beyond. The cleanliness, service, rooms, the people, staff and food were amazing. Thank you Rixos Marina AD, we'll be back for sure.

    The hotel was great, clean and accommodating . The cleaning staff were superb and the kids club was awesome, my kids did not want to leave. Breakfast options in the flame restaurant and dinner were superb. Breakfast in the Bakery was disappointing even though they told us is was the same food it wasn’t. There were so many missing items. Special shoutout goes to the fitness team who held daily classes at 11.30 and 5.30. The sound healing experience was awesome . Also thank you to Basanti who attended to us at every breakfast and dinner. She always had service with a smile. My only disappointment is with Agoda, when I did the search for 2 adults and 3 children I was recommended 2 rooms for my booking. Connecting rooms were not provided but they were next door so that’s was fine. The issue was at checkin, they advised that only 2 adults were booked in and that we needed to pay additional for the children. They charged us an additional 1900 aed to accommodate breakfast and dinner for the kids. The person on reception told us that this is a continued issue with booking and Agoda. It’s a complete deception especially when I use the platform on a regular basis.

    My room was good, I have big window facing the beach. A private spacious bathroom etc..they also have delicious restaurants nearby. You can go swimming in the pool and go to the beach as well.

    The bed was quite uncomfortable and caused back pain, which made it difficult to rest properly. In the mornings, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, likely due to the piping. Additionally, the staff could improve on hospitality, as the service did not feel very welcoming. Overall, my experience was not up to expectations and I believe these areas need improvement
