This was the worst hotel experience we had in UAE and absolutely a shame to the name of St.Regis. In-room service staff could not understand English - we requested vanity kits but got wrong delivery for three times in middle of the night. If you would like to sit there for an hour + to get something delivered, then it's a perfect place to waste your time. Not even to mention that the hand rail in the lobby and cabinets were coverd in dust.

Despite paying a lot of money no tissue boxes upon requesting they have sent one. And the room air conditioner was very bad very hot. The technician came to check it. Even after checking the room was very hot. We Couldn’t sleep well! And we have check out earlier then 12pm due to this and also we check in and the toilet was hairy so it was having hairs the guests who got this took
Before us we didn’t enjoyed at all the stay .
