Unfortunately, our expectations for this St. Regis were not met. Upon check-in, we went straight to the private resort beach, which offers beachside service—but drinks often took 45 minutes to arrive, and sometimes only part of the order was delivered. Overall, we found the staff to be slow and inattentive to detail. The property itself is in need of renovation and updating; our suite felt outdated, and housekeeping skipped standard touches such as turndown service and thorough daily cleaning. While the breakfast buffet looked impressive, the food was average at best, and service remained slow. For example, our simple egg order took 25 minutes to arrive. I had also contacted the hotel in advance to inform them that we were celebrating our honeymoon, but I never received a response. Ultimately, we cut our stay short because the beach service, breakfast experience, and overall atmosphere did not live up to the level of excellence we’ve come to expect from St. Regis. On a positive note, the manager was very kind and accommodating when we shared our concerns, but unfortunately, this stay did not reflect the typical St. Regis standard.

The St. Regis is a stunningly beautiful and luxurious hotel. The bedding and ammenities are wonderful and the breakfast buffett delicious with plentiful choices. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Always striving to find ways to make our stay even more memorable. The hotel exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting to celebrate our weddding anniversary. From the balloons and delicious chocolate cake on arrival to our room, to the excellent butler service, we could not have asked for more. Thank you St. Regis. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful hotel with easy access to the beach. Very lovely staff. Our room was cleaned several times a day, clothing ironed daily, everyone did everything they could to make our experience a unique one. Breakfast and the restaurants are also very good quality better than most in the surroundings. Tea time was also something to try here. Overall a great hotel who truly cares about its guests. This was our second time at the St Regis and my goodness it was even better. The food was exceptional from the breakfast and evening buffet. The Italian, Catch and Azura, with Azura being our children’s favourite. The food was incredible and certainly has the wow factor especially in Catch. The staff are so very friendly and really do go out of their way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Special thanks go to Viola for always being so welcoming at breakfast time remembering our order every day. Bhaskar for looking after us at the beach, he was amazing and really made our holiday so special. Victor for also looking after us and being so welcoming. Raj who remembered us from 2 years ago also helped to make our stay even better. In our 22 year olds words “this is the best hotel ever, I don’t want to leave”. The rooms are so comfortable and luxurious. We cannot wait to return thank you to you all.

I have never walked into a hotel and immediately felt at home—until I first stepped into the St. Regis Abu Dhabi. My husband and I initially planned to stay just two nights, before finishing our holiday in Dubai. But we loved this hotel so much that our hotel in Dubai (also a St. Regis) felt disappointing, so we decided to return the next day, and spend the rest of our holiday with them. It was pure luxury from start to finish - and having stayed at many Grand Hotels in Europe - this was just on another level. The property is spacious and beautifully designed (I like to think of it as Arabian Art Deco) and immediately feels calming. But the thing that really makes it special is the staff. Everyone was so warm and kind, and genuinely made the experience unlike any other we've had in a hotel. We can't wait to visit again.

It's almost impossible to find anything, which wouldn't be top class at St. Regis. Delicious food everywhere, at breakfast, at the pool, dinner buffet and Villa Toscana italian restaurant. Pool area one of the best we have ever been to, and the “Champagne Sabering” ritual was really cool, definitely recommend! Particular mentions to Norman (butler), Thi Thu Han (did the Champagne Sabering) and all the staff at the pool (unfortunately remember only Nirmana & Milan)

My stay was not very good , I received a room on the 49th floor that smelled of cigarette smoke and was very noisy because of AC systems that were on the 50th floor. The water from the shower flowed all over the bathroom , the towels small, old and not fluffy. You can see that is one of the oldest hotels in Abu Dhabi, it has some good parts like the food and the services but for the most part you can feel that is USED.

We felt the staff were exceptional. Having stayed at the st Regis in India this year, we knew of the exceptional service they have. Particular mention to Vina (butler) and Shiv (concierge) who were exceptional. The rest of the staff were also amazing. I shamefully don’t remember their names. Only downside is the steam room and sauna is not actually in the main hotel but a 10 min walk to the the other side of the road.

I had a reservation for months prior to my stay, only a few days before arrival I was relocated to another hotel, and was told all reservations were moved that had the same dates as me, however I had other traveling partners keep their reservation. I appear to be picked because I booked through hotels.com and not directly with the hotel. Although the new hotel was not of the same quality, no refund/adjustment was offered, only a free meal. This was for a ~$4k, 5 day booking. They kept saying everyone was moved, but it is not the case!

The service at the hotel was excellent. From the check in, through to the waiters and the pool staff, all were extremely friendly, approachable and very much focused on attending to your needs. Nishal (pool), Vincent and Milan (Cabana) all went above and beyond. Their level of service and hospitality were second to none. We had a late evening flight and the hotel were more than happy extend the late checkout allowing us to spend the majority of the day relaxing at the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had two gorgeous rooms for us and our two children. We also had a butler which thrilled the kids, and we’re totally spoilt with treats, and every day the house keeping made all sorts of characters with towels.
