Blade’s grace, precision, and remarkable training — flying effortlessly through the space and returning seamlessly to her handler — added an exclusive and sophisticated touch that elevated our stay beyond expectations.

Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers delivers a polished and impressive luxury experience. The views from the higher floors are spectacular, especially over the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline. The rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable, and service is professional and efficient throughout the stay. The private beach and pool area are well maintained and offer a calm escape despite the central location.

While everything feels high quality, the atmosphere is more corporate and grand than intimate. For travelers seeking a more boutique or personal vibe, this may feel slightly formal, especially for a short stay.

This is our 2nd time in conrad, I expected that there is something special since it’s my son’s birthday. 2yrs ago we received small cake, fruits and balloons for my son, thats why we decided to celebrate my son’s birthday again to conrad hotel. They are telling that our room was on do not disturb thats why they didn’t give the simple gift. They can call my personal number though

I’ve stayed at many Conrad properties, but this was one of the by far the most disappointing experiences. Despite being a Hilton member and a frequent guest, check-in was very slow with no recognition or effort to make it smoother. The food was honestly terrible, both in quality and taste. Definitely not what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. The room wasn’t clean. There were noticeable stains on furniture and the carpet, which made the stay uncomfortable. We booked a family room, but one of the connecting rooms was clearly designed for guests with disabilities, not for children. It didn’t feel appropriate or well-thought-out. Wouldn’t return based on this experience.

We had an exceptional and memorable stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers! We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, and the entire staff's effort was deeply appreciated from start to finish. A huge thank you to the Guest Relations Team for our room upgrade, and to Roka from the Housekeeping Team for preparing our room so beautifully. It was so perfect, my boyfriend spontaneously decided it was the right moment to propose – a complete and wonderful surprise! To Mandip, Hajar, and the whole Rosewater Restaurant Team: the breakfast was consistently satisfying and delicious, making every morning worthwhile. Your warm greetings and thoughtful touches made my birthday truly special. Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers now holds a very special place in our hearts, and we absolutely can't wait to come back!"

Dissapointing no value for money at all

We didnt like it at all

We came to spend 50th birthday. We got a room with no view on the other side, the room was not used for long - there was a bad smell, the electricity was broken. Nobody showed up to help so we had to go ourselves ti ask fir a different room. We missed firework due to all the issues. The next day fun continued-breakfast - no glasses for juice, no plates, half of food gone. We had to wait 30 min to get our coffee, than 30 min to get omelettes. We we to the pool area the beach was closed around 5 as we arrived - kids had to play on the sand without touching water. After the life guard was gone nobody cared if we people are in - total nonsense. We will never stay in this hotel ever again.

This hotel does not provide Smoking rooms anymore (like all the 12 years before) - I don’t need no smoking education during my spare time - hence we went to another hotel (no problem in Abu Dhabi)

Mixed feelings

Breakfast was excellent, very wide selection, although restaurant capacity is much lower than the number od guests, so at some points huge lines were forming for breakfast and people were waiting for 20 minutes just to get a table. We enjoyed visiting the Observation deck and the views of Abu Dhabi. Pool area was nice. Staff was very kind.

We booked a king room with a mini bar and we got a queen apartment with a big empty fridge. Disregarding the size of the bed, our main issue was that we arrived at 1am after 8 hours of travelling and we didn't have even a bottle of water in the room, not even to purchase!

Minibar policy creates unwelcoming feeling

The new policy of having a staff member come to your room to lock the minibar if you elect not to add credit from your card to cover any minibar purchases. Before my luggage had even arrived, a staff member was knocking on my door, asking to come in to lock the minibar. The fridge is part of the facilities that you pay for in this five star hotel and you can't use it if you don't commit to sn extra charge. They have my credit card on file and can charge it for any costs. Created a very unwelcoming feeling and despite the hotel being otherwise great, I wouldn't stay here again.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, especially overlooking the sea and city skyline — it truly elevated the experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive, professional, and always welcoming. The breakfast buffet had an impressive selection of fresh and delicious options. Both the pool and beach areas were peaceful and luxurious, perfect for relaxation. The hotel also offers a great selection of restaurants with excellent food, atmosphere, and service — a real highlight of the stay. Overall, the property is elegant, well-maintained, and offers a refined and memorable experience.

A very disappointing experience that fell far below the high standards I expected from Conrad

location

Bathroom leakage upon arrival, which negatively affected the comfort of the stay. • Poor food quality from room service, not meeting the standards expected from a five-star hotel. • Inadequate handling of the first complaint; the issue was temporarily fixed but reoccurred later. • Extremely unpleasant odor coming from the shower area, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. • No immediate compensation or serious attempt to improve the stay while I was still at the hotel. Experience was far below the hospitality standards usually associated with the Conrad brand. • A short stay turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing experience, instead of the relaxing family break we intended.

One of the best stays in Abu Dhabi.

Celebrated my birthday here on August 5 with my partner. A bedroom arrangement with complimentary bday cake welcomed me during our stay. Meals at Rosewater was excellent, especially the bread selections. We really couldn’t ask for more. Our bellies were more than satisfied. Everything from room to pool & beach were fab! Can’t wait to book for another holiday/staycation here.

Check-in process takes too much time. Also, Im not sure why the fridge/mini bar was locked. Or maybe it was only available upon request? We ddnt bother to ask anyway
