Shocking Experience , Avoid at All Costs

Absolutely terrible experience. I paid 800 AED for just one night and completely regret it. From the moment I checked in, it was clear the building is old, poorly maintained, and neglected. The entire place smelled strongly of smoke, including the rooms. The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The kitchen had cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable and a serious hygiene concern. This is not just about comfort, it’s about basic cleanliness and safety. To make things worse, they didn’t even provide bottled water. For this price, this level of service is shocking. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs ,you can easily find much better hotels for the same price.

Useful in a pinch for pets, but not a good location for pets

The staff was incredibly nice and for the price, it was a fine apartment (if it had been a regular hotel room, probably too expensive though).

It's really the only choice of pet friendly hotel on the west side of Abu Dhabi, which on one hand is obviously really great and a useful niche. But the area this hotel is in is not really pet friendly... there's really nowhere for your pet to go potty except maybe some gravel around a sidewalk tree, and it's also super busy with people and cars so it's just not a great place to walk a dog.

Disappointing Hotel Experience

Location

We recently stayed at a hotel that didn't meet our expectations. The building was old and needed some updates. The cleanliness of the place could have been better, and several appliances were not working properly. The furniture in our room was in poor condition, and the internet only worked in one area, with a weak connection. The bed was uncomfortable, and it was a noisy environment. Everything was dirty. We had planned to stay for multiple nights, but we left after the first night. When we asked for a refund for the remaining nights, the hotel initially refused. However, Booking.com helped us get a refund for the unused nights, and the hotel sent an apology email. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of its condition and the issues we experienced. The only positive was Booking.com's help with the refund. If you're looking for a place to stay, it might be better to consider other options.

All the staffs were helpful, specially Ms. Jessica (housekeeping supervisor) and Ms. Ansu (receptionist). They were both amazing. The location was accessable ti all the thins we need, shops, eatery, mall and many more.

Pet friendly stay with value for money

It is a fine hotel, that is very clean and the staff is amazing! So kind and helpful. Very good value for money. Do not except this to be a 5 star luxury hotel, but it has everything you need. Really spacious apartment, with the basic necessities. The location is prime, in walking distance of shops, grocery’s and malls. Would definitely stay here again. Bonus feature, dogs are allowed, so if you need a place to stay with your fur friend, this is a great place :-)

Wi-Fi is not as good, when in the bedroom it does not work. Mattress was a bit on the firm side, a topper would have been great

It was pet friendly and the staffs are very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was spacious, organized, and clean.

Parking bit was challenging and very inconvenient. It would have been better if the hotel has it’s own space for parking.

Avoid in a biiiig circle

The only bright spot of this hotel is SOME of the staff, and that’s pretty much it.

First of all it is very dirty! You could find bugs and cockroaches everywhere, dark long black hair were in the bathroom when we checked in, bed is super hard and uncomfortable, there is no hair dryer, everything is dirty… No housekeeping for whole stay. The key card wasn’t working properly, every night after coming back we had to go to the reception for them to magnetize it again. There is also no parking (luckily some public garage behind the hotel) which nobody told us about.

Nice staff, comfortable couch.

The bed was like sleeping on a block of wood. Did not have a nice night's sleep. The kitchen wasn't clean and the kitchenware consisted of one pan two plates one bowl and a knife. No dish soap nor sponges to wash dishes.
