Not a 5 star hotel!

Not a 5 stars hotel. We booked a triple room and when we arrived the room was not ready yet. They tried to add a cot (very uncomfortable) to a very small double room and we complained. Finally we received a bigger room but instead of having space for 3 people only a king size bed was present and also in this case the cot was added. I slept 3 night in the cot and it was really not comfortable!

The room was old and the ceiling not well painted..

Great quality of food ,lovely hostess on the revolving restaurant and waitress (from Myanmar ) ,nice rooms .clean property and very good location .GM of the property called and was very professionally on his answer showing empathy as well .

I have shared with the concerned person .Must highlight here the outstanding professionalism of Duty Manager (Chief Eng) .Very positive attitude and ready to assist (at least verbally as it was on his capability ).

Great place for good food & a chilled vibe.

The restaurants especially the Amalfi aee v good. Poolside pub with long happy hour was a plus.

The room was small and old fashioned. They need an upgrade with modern facilities like electric do not disturb,instead of a paper sign/tag.

Comfortable start to our holiday in Abu Dhabi

Upgraded to a suite. Very large rooms and bathroom. Too much space for just the 2 of us. Sitting room looked bare and could have benefited from a 2nd chair. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the PJs staff. They were beyond efficient in a very busy setting.

Room was a bit dated and could do with a revamp. Carpet had a few stains. Could have done with a 2nd chair in the very sparsely furnished sitting room.

I loved the fact that the staff upgraded me; gave a bigger room and extended checkout time Breakfast was great - both in terms of variety and quality. Very friendly and courteous staff.

We got the half board option. When we called to ask about dinner, they told us it would be a buffet but when we went there it was 3 course a la carte; quality was very good but we had been looking forward to a large selection

Lovely property at a good price

Great staff. Especially front desk and breakfast. Gave us an upgrade then a late check out at 3pm. Spacious rooms with all amenities provided. Lots of restaurants in the hotel and a good Irish Bar. Very nice hotel.

The breakfast has virtually no non veg options- just turkey ham and chicken sausage. Everything else is vegetarian. No smart TV in room so limited TV choice. The pool temperature was like a warm bath. Not refreshing at all in these temps. But all else was fine and thank you for the late check out.

Great stay, watch out for damaging car ramps in basement

Staff were lovely

While always driving safely & slowly in my very regular car, each time we crossed the ramps on level B2, it physically hit in between the front & rear wheels. I am not sure if it caused damage to the hired car as a result. I highlighted to the staff at reception that this incident happened and I noticed several other cars hitting hard similarly. The ramps are significantly too high for regular non-lowered cars. It was also very noticeable on the ramps themselves that they are scored & gouged as a result of numerous damage to other cars. If the hire car do spot a damage to the lower cars, I will be forwarding the details to you. Otherwise a very pleasant experience in your hotel.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay with great facilities, just a few minor improvements needed in the washroom.

I really liked the overall facilities and comfort offered by the hotel - they were excellent and made for a pleasant stay.

The washroom, while spacious and well-equipped, could have been more lively. A few improvements like adding disposable seat covers and fixing a leaking flush would enhance the experience and conserve water.

Amazing atmosphere like elsewhere in UAE!

I liked everything. The staff. The ambiance. Breakfast was amazing. Initially breakfast was not included in my reservation. When checking in, reception suggested me to add it on at small extra charge and I don’t regret it.

Elegance Meets Comfort

I had a delightful stay. Ideally situated just steps away from the scenic Corniche Walk. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Room was clean and well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the waterfront. Amenities including the pool and dining options were top-notch. Recommended!

Overall hotel stay was good but it lacked facilities like sauna and steam, kids play area and other recreational activities.

Dinner for half board was below average expectations with limited options and issues with quantities. Even after complains the restaurant was not able to assist us in better ways on the next night dinner

Can’t wait to return

All of the staff are very welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is varied and fresh with local produce, we were lucky enough to visit during Ramadan and dined at the evening banquet - absolutely fantastic! Our room was very comfortable, and the housekeeping team work tirelessly to keep everything spotless throughout the hotel.
