We booked for family of 3 (child is 12). When we arrived we had to pay 300 extra for the child. Staff is very impolite. The parking was not available since the were renovating the hotel, which was not stated at the moment of booking. When I complained there was no empathy at all for it. never ever again

Great hotel about a half mile from the water front. Dunkin donuts around the corner and 5 minutes walk from Starbucks and next to a small park with fountains. I was very happy. Room a bit dated but big and spacious.

Check in fine and good central location near to underground car park. However our room on a non-smoking floor was incredibly smoky. Clearly they don't take a penalty charge against clients who break the rules and they don't do a deep clean after somebody smokes in a non-smoking room. Horrible smell. They changed us to a better room but didn't seem interested in the smelly room at all. In the morning, the shower water was not very warm so we couldn't shower - poor really. Otherwise it's a cheap and centrally located hotel - a bit old and tired though and not much management interest in giving us a non-smelly room with hot water. It's not much to ask really. We would book somewhere else next time.

Had I known the hotel was Flamingo, I would have never made this choice. Anyhow, silver lining being I checked in at 10 pm and checked out the next morning at 08:00. Just looking for a decent place to sleep. Staff was below par, the room was average, the check out took forever, the bed was very uncomfortable, etc.This was my second and surely last stay here
