The flat is in a very good location. It is clean.

There was no closet for clothes in the second room. Regulation of room and bathroom temperatures does not work properly. When we arrived it was said that TV doesn't work.

Niekam nerekomenduočiau, o ypač keliaujant su vaikais.

Gera lokacija.

Informavome, kad atvykstame su 2 metų vaiku, mums buvo aktualu, kad yra sofa vaikui miegoti. Atvykus visame bute jautėsi įsigėręs cigarečių kvapas, tai įrodo ir cigaretės paliktas pradeginimas sofoje ir ant kavos staliuko. Paprašėme, kad būtų papildoma patalynė vaikui, radome tik maiše nešvarią ir neapvilktą antklodę. Buto stovis labai prastas, butas nugyventas, matosi, kad galimai dažnai rengiami vakarėliai. Iš karto susisiekėme su savininkais ir juos informavome, kad šiame bute mes neapsistosime. Jie patvirtino telefonu, kad rūkė ne paskutiniai, o prieš tai buvę svečiai. Šeimininkai patvirtino, kad sutinka su užsakymo atšaukimu, bet atšaukimo dar nepatvirtino ir pinigų negražino (praėjo daugiau nei 24 valandos), nors telefonu teigė kitaip.

Labai patogi lokacija. Su uždarais langais beveik nesigirdi triukšmo. Administratorė patarė kur galima nemokamai parkuotis.

Reikėtų padirbėti su švara. Naudotos kempinės ir šluostės neturėtų būti paliktos virtuvėje atvykstant svečiams. O dėl paliktų drėgnų rankšluoščių trūksta žodžių.. Mažai indų, apdaužti puodeliai..

Lokacija puiki!

Visumoje viskas gerai, bet vardan jaukumo, vertėtų atsinaujinti kai kuriuos namų elementus, kadangi butas labai minimalistinis, tai visos smulkmenos iškart labai matomos (pvz., tikrai gana stipriai nudėvėtas staliukas arba dėmėtas lovos užtiesalas) :)

Всем советую именно эти апартаменты! Идеально соотношение цены и качества.

Квартира находится в очень хорошей локации. Все рестораны и бары в пешей доступности. Квартира чистая и светлая.

Было не много прохладно, т.к отопление уже было отключено во всем доме.
