Butas erdvus, pakankamai švarus, puiki vieta, pats centras.
Jau reiktų atnaujinti rankšluoščius. Matosi, kad butas jau reikalauja atgaivinimo-sienos paterliotos, nenuplautos, karnizas nukrito nuo pirmo užuolaidos užtraukimo. Nėra kondicionieriaus, todėl norisi būti atidarytais langais, o lauke didelis triukšmas, nes visur aplinkui barai ir kavinės.

Patiko, jog apgyvendinimo vieta yra pačiame centre.

Labai patogi lokacija. Su uždarais langais beveik nesigirdi triukšmo. Administratorė patarė kur galima nemokamai parkuotis.
Reikėtų padirbėti su švara. Naudotos kempinės ir šluostės neturėtų būti paliktos virtuvėje atvykstant svečiams. O dėl paliktų drėgnų rankšluoščių trūksta žodžių.. Mažai indų, apdaužti puodeliai..
