Mercure Klaipėda City Hotel, Meetings, Events, Restaurant & Bar - Accor Group

Nice hotel, stayed there when it was Radisson and the level is still good

We got spaciouse room but there was smell of chamber stayed unopened for a very long time and it didn’t helped to open a window

for me it was perfect location - near the clinic where I had surgery. Clean, comfy and calm atmosphere

a gym needs improvement

Nice location and room.

Not good value for such price.

The hotel is quite clean; some of the rooms have been renovated, but the hotel’s old-world charm remains. It’s a shame, though, that they try to pull the wool over your eyes over minor details. When you book a better room, there’s a sticker on the minibar offering free soft drinks, and the minibar card even lists more clearly what’s included as complimentary. However, minibar was empty. When you went to the front desk, they found out that nothing is free and that you could only use what was in the minibar—which was completely empty. The service is poor.
