Nice room, but need improve the breakfast choices and please put cosmetics kits and slippers

Nice room, very comfy bed and sheets and pillows

The sidewalk and entry area were not properly cleared of snow, making it very difficult to reach the hotel from a taxi or car. Due to the heavy snow on the sidewalk, there was no safe or accessible path from the street to the entrance. Guests are forced to walk through deep snow, which is both inconvenient and potentially dangerous, especially when carrying luggage. Got my surprise the cosmetics kits, shower cap and slippers were missing in the room. The reception said that superior room doesn’t including those amenities, but I stayed every time in the same type of room in two years and it wasn’t missed it. Even in the hotel website about the room’s description those amenities were listed . So, for 4 stars hotel it shame don’t have it. Also the breakfast , if you need lactose free or gluten free products, you can’t fine in that hotel. If you stay with the kids , there are no pancakes or waffles , so no kids food at all in the breakfast.

Nice stay but no quiet sleep

the room is spacious and the location is not far from bus station and centre

the sound proof is not great. you can hear door slam from every room outside. you can also hear music from room next door. I could only sleep after 1am and at 5am there were lots of people walking at the corridor and slam their doors. I reported and raised a complain to the reception in the morning at 7am, she told me she will come back to me, but then no response any more. Separately, there is also some black mark on the duvet

Very pleasant hotel

Nice clean comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Near to Sculpture Park/Cemetery. Short walk to river and old town.

Good location and save parking

The room was big enough and exactly as on the pictures. Big and comfortable beds. People were banging doors, which is not the fault of the hotel. The night was quiet after 11 pm, but we were there on a weekday. Staff at breakfast very kind and helpful. Private Parking lot outside the hotel has with 10 Euros a reasonable price.

The artificial scent in the lobby is way too much. It almost causes you a headache mixed with the intense parfumes of the hotel guests.

A hotel that is a pleasure to return to

The room is excellent, furniture in good quality, clean and not bad breakfasts, staff friendly. With a child under 1 year old we were provided with a crib, I would like to return again to this hotel in the future

We didn't have our room cleaned the day after we arrived, maybe we left it too late, but it would be great if they replaced the garbage cans as with a baby it fills up very quickly 😀

Easy to locate around the city and good breakfast and comfy bed.

Something weird experience in relation with personal data collection, staff has asked to provide all adult members to provide IDs at check-in and could not satisfied us how our personal data will be processed/ used. One members of staff said that it is"difficult" to explain about data processing and referred a national website for further details. I am still confused with wording "tracking" as described during our conversation, so who will be tracking our details, got no answer on spot. Staff should be more informative and helpful.

The hotel is very "worn out."

The hotel is very "tired." It looks terrible from the outside. Inside, some renovations have been done, but the overall atmosphere is still very depressing. In our room, the lock didn’t work properly, and closing the door securely was extremely difficult. Our key card didn’t work almost every time, and we had to go to the reception repeatedly to have it reprogrammed. The hotel lacks any sense of charm or polish. It’s possible to stay there, but there’s no pleasure in it.

In general it is definitely worth it to visit Klaipeda and staying at Mercure Hotel

King size beds are absolutely awesome! Also we went for an extra bed for our 6yo and it was so comfortable he slept all night by himself - that's not how it works at home usually ;) The balcony was a nice addition although it could have been a bit more tidy. Breakfast was nice and it's worth it to have one early when the tables are full. The options are plentiful and everyone gets something for their taste. Also the body wash and shampoo in the bathroom smelled so well i need to buy these for myself once i get home ;)

First off - the furniture on the balcony was dirty from birds feces. That's a little bit disappointing considering it's a 4-stars hotel. Second - one can hear their neighbours talking in the night. I don't know whether it's the ventilation shafts or just thin walls but it was uncomfortable. Last, but not least - the TV (although really decent size) lacks the streaming services options (such as Netflix or Disney+ f.e.). Sure you can take your Chromecast or Apple TV with you but who does that going out for a weekend?
