It's okay, but plenty of room for improvement.

Great location, close to everything. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. Loved the addition of cabbage soup on the 1st, great attention to details.

Looks bit old school, definitely need some renovations. Halls are pretty dark, people with poor eyesight have trouble. Bath robe sizes are kids sizes, not adult, also had some weird stale smell. Also- some staff barely speak Lithuanian or English, only russian, which felt really uncomfortable.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. As soon as something was placed on the buffet, it was gone within seconds, leaving many guests waiting and frustrated.

If pets avoid

Conveniently location

Front desk was mistake. Long story short evening night manager had issues only, morning manager had even more. All in all we got single use room for two. Pet friendly was an issue once we step in. Small dog was issue to be paid 34-45 EUR. Night manager could not answer how much it is. We have end up with pet allowance fee 20 EUR. Be aware you’ll be placed ground floor with city traffic next to your widows and door. This room is 101 which is not convenient one. It is each time you choose to stay with pet. Avoid next time.

I’ve traveled Europe a lot. 22 countries and weeks in many. Euterpe is among the best. Friendly and very helpful. It was. Easy to reach all our tourist destinations.

Nice comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of the city attractions.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The music throughout the cafe and garden was awful. It all seemed to be techno with a hard beat, far from relaxing. It was distracting and subtracted from the overall experience. I suggest some classical, mellow music to fit with the atmosphere of this nice hotel.

All good but the cleaning lady is unprofessional

Everything was perfect as before

This time the cleaning lady opened my room without any knocking.it was 2 hours before checkout.stay was only for 1 night.cant understand why was so nessesary to come in. As for me its rudest thing that can be done. I can be naked,not alone and many other reasons why i.dont want to see anyone opening my door with second key. Very dissapointed

Clean quiet and easy access to everywhere

We asked for a quiet room and that’s exactly what we got. Couldn’t hear anything so was great. Room was clean and was 10 mins walk to the old ferry to the Spit and was very near all the towns places of interest. Also breakfast was fabulous. Staff were very very attentive.

We didn’t get any tea or coffee in the room - not sure whether this was an oversight.

Exceptional

It's been simply great, spacious clean room, super bed, quiet view into nice patio. Breakfast very nice, including custom fruit bowls and custom prepared eggs, in a nice modern yet cozy house in a quiet street right in old town Kleipeda. Ideal for couples, we stayed two nights and really enjoyed everything. Easy check-in and nice late check out until 12 a.m.

The staff were kind and helpful

For a 4 star hotel I expected it to be more equipped even for a standard room. Everything we asked we were told the room was standard and was only available in the business premium rooms. For example, there was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee. No shower cap or basic accessories. I changed the room eventually to a premium room. But for a 4 star hotel I expected more. Besides this, I think it was fine.

Very nice boutique hotel, convenient position (5 minutes walk to old ferry for pedestrians, 5 minutes ride to new ferry for cars, 5 minutes walk to the rive of Dané, where are plenty of pubs), amazing breakfast, very helpful stuff, very nice room, big enough for three people.
