Comfortable stay with unforgettable views

Excellent view, spacious and clean room. Location just perfect 👌 We appreciated the personal touch to our stay.

Even thought we were visiting during not very hot fall days, room would get extremely warm and stuffy during the day and air conditioning was not too effective. Some of the times there was a strong smell of the sewers inside the room :/

Excellent relaxing stay

The view from the hotel was beautiful and the location was excellent. I also loved the decor and size of the size of the room. It was also very peaceful and quiet.

Everything was great but as others have said the breakfast is very basic. Should have more pastries included.

Great location of the hotel in the center, everything is close. Beautiful view of the harbor. Comfortable bed. Nice reception.

if it's 30 degrees outside, the air conditioning can't keep up and it's very hot there. you can't open the window because the local youth have fun riding and touring motorbikes in the port until the morning. if you're looking for peace, I wouldn't recommend it. breakfast has little choice, paid parking

Location is tops. Room was very comfortable. Amenities were adequate.

Disappointing

We love the location and the views. Service was good in the past. This was our 3rd stay here.

In my view, there appear to be serious service issues at this hotel. When we arrived after 5 hours on the bus, we decided to have a drink at the hotel. It took our server 7 minutes to help us. She said she was sorry, but was "busy". At our 2nd breakfast buffet, service was very much an issue. The sausage pan sat empty for 20 minutes while the assigned staff member was in the adjacent porch area vaping and using her phone. There were no cereal bowls and the juice glasses ran out. Help with issues at breakfast was unavailable and there were issues. This is an appalling way to run a hotel.

Great place for stay in Klaipeda

Great, exceptional location for a stay. It is an old Klaipeda-style property, but at the same time, it is modern. We didn't try the restaurant, but the breakfast was good. We stayed there, not for the first time, so we are satisfied again—great place, close to everything, and at the same time, a very nice location.

I would reccomend but not durimg summer time

Pros: The hotel is in a great location – close to the city center, the sea (just a short ferry ride away), and bars. The rooms are nice and tidy.

Cons: The breakfast can hardly be called breakfast. It’s not a big deal for me personally, but for those who care about breakfast – out of my four visits to this hotel, there have never been decent breakfasts. The trays are empty, and the selection is minimal. The biggest downside is the air conditioning. The hotel is made of glass, and when we arrived, it was 28°C outside – the room felt like a greenhouse. There is an air conditioner, but it only makes noise and doesn’t actually cool the room. In the morning during breakfast, everyone was talking about how hot it was in the rooms and how there was nothing to eat.

I'm returning to this hotel not for the first time. I like it very much because of the location in the port area and that it takes 3min to reach old town area. Ships and canal fascinates me every time.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, nice location, good wi-fi.

The repair works are not finished yet, you can perfectly see that in common spaces. Breakfast was rather poor.
