Very cosy room and comfy matress

The hotel was advertised as having parking which it did not. It was very expensive to park on the road outside. My room was across from a pub and club which did not close u till 4.30 p.m. The picture was taken at 3.57 a.m. Needless to say I didn’t get any sleep. The hotel’s answer - ear plugs!

Nice hotel in old quarters near the port of Klaipeida. Short distance to all city attractions and restaurants. Spacious and nice room.

Perfect location for strolling around the old centre of Klaipėda. The staff were without exception very polite, friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated that, after my arrival relatively late in the evening by train from Vilnius on a hot day, they let me take a large draft beer up to my room, even though the bar had already closed.

Beautiful building, excellent location. The staff is phenomenal and extremely helpful. Especially reception ladies.( Greta :). All requests were satisfied almost immediately ( toothpaste, brushes, universal phone charges, early breakfast!) Perfect. Highly recommend.

This is a great hotel in a great location. We had a beautiful suite. We had a great buffet breakfast. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed wine in the beautiful attached bar/restaurant.

Love this place

There were some positives but unfortunately, the negatives meant that our overall experience was poor. Positive 1. Location of the Hotel 2. Staff at reception helpful Negative 1. On check in, we let them know we were Gold Expedia members and so they said an upgrade was available and we could swap rooms once it had been cleaned. After returning from dinner, we were told that the manager had now said this wasn’t possible even though an empty room was clearly available. 2. The rooms were tired and worn. Need an up dating. 3. The safe in the room was in a cupboard that didn’t open. We asked if they could change our room as we didn’t want to leave our valuables lying around. They said no and offered we left it with them at reception. Something I’m sure no-one would feel comfortable to do. 4. Dirty pillow case and towels. These should be checked prior to guests using them. That said, when this was raised with reception it was addressed immediately. 5. Housekeeping was a big problem. On the first day, the rooms weren’t cleaned until 5pm in the evening. As we were heading out on day 2, we asked for the room to be cleaned earlier but got back at 4pm to find the room still hadn’t been cleaned. We had to ask reception for new towels to be brought to the room which took a while to arriving. By this point we were feeling quite frustrated. When we raised these issues to the manager, she shrugged it off and said she didn’t see what the problem was. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect hotel to stay at if you want to walk around Klaipeda. Very authentic and rustic atmosphere but with all the necessary modern amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful

A fabulous location in the Old Town. There is no onsite parking but it can be arranged by the hotel for €10 per night only 2mins walk away. We felt the hotel furnishings etc were starting to feel a bit dated. Breakfast was adequate but not as good as other similar hotels in Lithuania

This is a charming facility with very helpful friendly staff who facilitated arrangements for us, including organising and paying for a taxi to meet our ferry. While the room was a little tired it was comfortable and warm. The hotels location is well located in the old town.

Veldig sentralt hotell. Hyggelig betjening. Fint med bar/spisested i samme bygg. Godt renhold, noe enkel standard.

The room was not nice, size of a cupboard and with low ceiling because of roof, look through the window to a wall, room was dark. Had to pay extra for parking. Food was very tasty, room service was good, staff friendly and helpful. For this high price, too many extra fees.

Hotel located in old town of Klaipeda. Many good restaurants around hotel and one of them right in the hotel. Staff very friendly.

Everything was great. Breakfast was good, bed was soft and comfy, staff was polite and helpful.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. The bed was firm and incredibly comfortable as were the pillows. This was a quick little trip for us and we just needed a place to lay our heads. We didn't spend much time in Klaipeda, but if we had the location would have been absolutely perfect to explore the old town. I would definitely stay here agian.
