Rooms are without the carpet so all dirty from outside goes to the room. The sausages in breakfast table were awful

I LOVED that there were no carpets in the room, breakfast from 7am-really great, with extra eggs menu (benedict style, French eggs👌). Clean, nice hotel.

It is important to reserve a parking space in advance – the hotel has limited spots and recommends parking in the city, but if you arrive on a weekend, it can be very difficult to find a spot even in paid parking lots farther from the hotel. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing – fairly standard, with no options for guests avoiding gluten or dairy products, and a very limited selection for vegetarians or vegans.

Old Klaipeda's hotel, formerly known as "National", has undergone a significant renovation and refurbishment. We liked National for years, but a new one, Reja, is even better - significantly better. More contemporary design with a touch of style, better rooms, better facilities, great breakfast, exceptional place in town. Probably, the best place in town for the money.

Everything was great. The great old hotel became even better now.

The National Hotel in Klaipeda is a fantastic place to stay! It’s right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore nearby sights and enjoy the Old Town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was really good, with lots of tasty choices to start the day. I didn’t have any problems during my stay, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Very cozy Hotel in the heart of Klaipeda’s old town

The location was great, clean, cozy and homey vibe Hotel. The staff was polite and let to keep our belongings after our stay. They were also very welcoming. We had everything we needed in the room.

Perhaps the bathroom was a bit old fashioned, as well as the room design, but it is quite a charm, so I cannot say I didn’t like it, it did not bother me.

Kind and helpful personnel. Tasty breakfast. Hotel well located in the heart of the town, close to the ferry and many bars and restaurants. Nice room decoration. Good restaurant on site.

We stayed 2 nights in the royal suite and one night in the business room. While we loved how spacious and cozy the suite felt, it was lacking a bit in cleanliness. The bed sheets and towels were perfectly clean (which is what really counts to me), it was just a bit dusty, with a spiderweb here and there. It was maybe not used for a couple of days before we came but a small "refresh" would have helped. Still, we'd recommend the hotel.
