Wonderful, enjoyed a lot!

Liked the spa, swimming pool area, the room With sea view, staff, service, location

breakfast was so so, not many fruit options, no low fat, Greek Yoghurt, some things like pastries are not always fresh. TV was not working and kettle was broken in the room, but was minor issue, didn’t spoil the stay at all.

Every time I fly from Australia and visit Klaipeda Ltu, I stay in Amberton Hotel Klaipeda since my discovery of this wonderful hotel. And will stay again as I haven’t been to the top bar yet ha so, guys get the room ready as the eagle eye will be back again. All and above - I found in the 1st wing excellent. Second wing including the restaurant was very nice as well last year in 2025 and food and drinks and music as per the same. So thank you Amberton Hotel Klaipeda (I am specifying because there are few of them within Lithuania)… You guys been amazing and the massage beauty place the lady who massaged my sore body - you are simply the best! Thank you and keep smiling until I see you all again , best wishes xx

No, comment from me and those who complain a lot start camping and go up each time. If you aren’t happy with bed or other silly comments then stay at home as it’s a hotel not your private lounge room idiots of the universe!

Excellent hotel and service!

Excellent hotel and service! Very beautiful views from the hotel! Great big clean Deluxe Double Room with Sea View and facilities! The room on high floor (17) with big windows, located in the new K-shaped skyscraper, with a stunning view on the Curonian Spit! We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets right from the room. Comfortable large double bed! Excellent service, personal is attentive to all even small issues, very helpful! (All personal speak Russian and English). Service exceeded all expectations. Amazing, various and tasty breakfast! Excellent central location! (Few minutes from the Old City, Dane river, the Castle etc.). Very comfortable private parking. Recommended! We`ll be back!

I checked in with my spouse and was given a eoim with two single beds. You can imagine how uncomfortable the sleep was.

The room, the view, the bed, the shower. All first-class. Loved the restaurant on the 20th floor too. The service was great. The East Island spa attached to the hotel was one of the best I've ever seen (amazing massage too). I also enjoyed the free electric scooter.

My only complaint was the noise between rooms and floors. I could hear quite a lot from the people walking above or talking nearby.

Overall, a splendid experience — I’d definitely return!

It was a really pleasant stay! Free parking, a spa (which I unfortunately didn’t have time to visit), and great attention to guests’ comfort. We arrived early and appreciated the free water, cozy sofas, and café in the lobby. There are actually several restaurants on-site — we didn’t know about them during our stay, but we’ll definitely explore them next time. We did have an issue with the internet, but the staff resolved it quickly by offering us a different room. I truly appreciate their responsiveness. Thank you for the hospitality!

It was a little bit noisy at first due to a problem with the nearby bridge (as we found out later), but it was nicely compensated by the pleasant delicate live music coming from the park 😊. I can’t say how noisy it is at night, since we changed room and the new one was quiet and comfortable. The noise seemed to come from buses passing over the bridge (a kind of bum-bum sound) — maybe there are fewer buses at night 😊 or hopefully the city will fix the bridge soon!

It was bad because of staff not reacting

I loved the room and views

I did not like that staff would’nt react to our complais. For example people next room to our was smoking in the room and thru ventilation cigarrete smell was coming to our room. In the middle of the night someone tried to open door and knocked it really hard. Then someone upstairs was partying in full volume from 4am to 8.30am. The staff did not react to our complains.

I expected much more from a 4-star hotel. I understand that it’s all hotel, but still it’s not an excuse not to clean it

The location - it’s near to city center, the beaches are 10 minutes by car. The room was very spacious.

The room wasn’t clean and was very dark. The floor coverings at room and in the corridor were dirty with a lot of stains, even a bit stinky. The bed was short, if you are more than 1,8 meters height, be prepared that your feet will stick out from the bed :) The bathroom was also very dark, so at first you do not see the dirtiness. But, when you look closer, you see a lot of spots and scale. The bathtub in the floor looks as an architect nightmare. It wasn’t comfortable to use it, as I must use it as a shower. The bathtub was so dirty or maybe end of life, that it wasn’t appealing to take bath in it. The cleaning staff only change the towels and empty the bins in the room. The food at the breakfast was not good quality, my partner had even stomachache after it. The restaurant was also dark, so it wasn’t a cosy place for breakfast. There were three elevators (I think one was broken as through 4 days I had no chance to use it). It wasn’t enough for such a big hotel. We almost always wait quite long for our elevator.

They charged me for water which was half empty at the arrival. Reception was informed at the check out. So check your room immediately at the arrival.

It was not easy to get from the reception to your room, you had to use several elevators, one of which felt old and rattling. The hotel seemed old and outdated. The sound of the distant bridge echoed in the room.

The hotel needs a renovation. Everything looks old. The window lock was broken and the window was leaking during the rain(room 1703). When I told about the issue at the reception, they said they will send a person to take look. And indeed the person literally took a look. She wiped the rest of the water with the towel we put on the sill to stop the leaking and said that it's done. I asked what of the rain will come again? To which she replied something like "no rain - no problem". The parking is stressful. Very narrow ramp between the floors.

Not worth the money

Staff was nice and responsive and the lobby was bright and welcoming. The room was also in a good condition.

The room was located in another building that also had other businesses there, but it was hard to understand where should find our room. Elevator didn't work, so we used the stairs. The staircase was poorly maintained and made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable. Then followed the folks with extra loud Russian hiphop right under our window.
